Claims (13)

1. Uređaj za pokretanje ventila, koji sadrži: - nosivo tijelo (2); - pogonsku osovinu (5) za pokretanje ventila, rotirajuće postavljenu na nosivo tijelo (2) oko glavne osi (4); i - cilindar s fluidom (6) za kontroliranje rotacije navedene pogonske osovine (5), koji obuhvaća: - tijelo cilindra (6A, 6B, 6C), spojeno na navedeno nosivo tijelo (2), na njegovoj jednoj strani, i koje ima os (6X) usmjerenu poprečno na navedenu glavnu os (4), navedene osi (6X, 4) su raspoređene u međusobno okomitim ravninama; - klip (7) klizno postavljen unutar tijela cilindra (6A, 6B, 6C); i - šipku (8) spojenu na klip (7) i koja nosi element podizača kvrge (12), - navedeni uređaj za pokretanje ventila dodatno sadrži: - pogonski krak (10), spojen na navedenu pogonsku osovinu (5), koji ima tijelo i žlijeb zupca u obliku utora (11), koji djeluju zajedno s navedenim elementom podizača kvrge (12) na takav način da pomicanje klipa (7) navedenog cilindra s fluidom (6) između dva krajnja radna položaja uzrokuje rotaciju navedenog pogonskog kraka (5) između dva krajnja radna položaja, navedeni uređaj za pokretanje ventila je naznačen time da je navedeni utor (11) oblikovan u umetku (20) koji čini zaseban element od tijela (10) navedenog pogonskog kraka i prilagođen je da se prihvaća i drži u sjedištu (19) tijela (10) pogonskog kraka.
2. Uređaj za pokretanje ventila prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da je predviđeno mnoštvo umetaka (20) u suradnji s njime, koji se mogu selektivno montirati na pogonski krak (10), navedeni umetci su međusobno različiti po jednoj ili više od sljedećih karakteristika: - materijalu koji oblikuje umetak (20), - veličinu umetka (20) i/ili utora (11) oblikovanog u umetku (20), - obliku utora (11), na takav način da se navedeni aktivator može brzo pripremiti u skladu s različitim konfiguracijama, kao odgovor na specifične zahtjeve primjene.
3. Uređaj za pokretanje ventila prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da navedeni pogonski krak sadrži tijelo u obliku ravne ploče (10), koji ima jedan kraj spojen na navedenu pogonsku osovinu (5) za rotiranje s njom i preostali dio koji ima navedeno sjedište (19) unutar kojeg se klizno prihvaća navedeni umetak (20).
4. Uređaj za pokretanje ventila prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da navedeni utor (11) je pravocrtni utor.
5. Uređaj za pokretanje ventila prema zahtjevu 4, naznačen time da je navedeni utor poravnat uzduž radijalnog smjera (R) okomito na navedenu glavnu os (4).
6. Uređaj za pokretanje ventila prema zahtjevu 4, naznačen time da je navedeni pravocrtni utor (11) usmjeren prema smjeru (R') nagnutom u odnosu na radijalni smjer (R) okomito na navedenu glavnu os (4).
7. Uređaj za pokretanje ventila prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da navedeni utor (11) ima zakrivljeni profil, koji je definiran s polinomnom funkcijom sa stupnjem većim od 2.
8. Uređaj za pokretanje ventila prema zahtjevu 7, naznačen time da je navedeni zakrivljeni profil uglavnom S-oblika.
9. Uređaj za pokretanje ventila prema zahtjevu 8, naznačen time da navedeni zakrivljeni profil utora (11) S-oblika ima nasuprotne krajeve (A, B) poravnate uzduž smjera (R) koji ortogonalno presijeca glavnu os (4).
10. Uređaj za pokretanje ventila prema zahtjevu 8, naznačen time da navedeni zakrivljeni profil utora (11) S-oblika ima nasuprotne krajeve (A, B) poravnate uzduž smjera (R') nagnute u odnosu na smjer (R) koji ortogonalno presijeca navedenu glavnu os (4).
11. Uređaj za pokretanje ventila prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da je tijelo navedenog pogonskog kraka (10) oblikovano kao jaram, s dvije paralelne i međusobno razmaknute plosnate ploče (10A), te svaka ploča ima sjedište (19) koje prihvaća u sebi odgovarajući umetak (20) s utorom (11).
12. Uređaj za pokretanje ventila prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da sadrži sigurnosni uređaj otporan na kvarove (14) za pomicanje navedenog pogonskog kraka (10) prema sigurnosnom položaju koji odgovara jednom od navedenih krajnjih radnih položaja, navedeni sigurnosni uređaj (14) sadrži kućište (15) učvršćeno na navedeno nosivo tijelo (2) na suprotnoj strani s obzirom na navedeni cilindar s fluidom (6) i ima os paralelnu s osi (6X) cilindra s fluidom (6), klip (16) pomično montiran unutar navedenog kućišta (15), šipku (8') povezanu na klip (16) i spojenu na navedeni element podizača kvrge (12), i barem jednu spiralnu oprugu (18) sadržanu unutar navedenog kućišta (15) i koja teži pomicati navedeni pogonski krak (5) prema navedenom sigurnosnom položaju.
13. Postupak za proizvodnju uređaja za pokretanje prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je tijelo (10, 10A) predviđeno za navedeni pogonski krak i također je predviđeno mnoštvo umetaka (20) koji se mogu selektivno povezati s tijelom (10), navedeno mnoštvo umetaka sadrži barem jedan umetak (20) s utorom (11) poravnatim uzduž radijalnog smjera (R) okomito na glavnu os rotacije (4) ili nagnutim s obzirom na nju, te barem jedan umetak (20) sa zakrivljenim utorom (11) koji ima njegove nasuprotne krajeve poravnate prema radijalnom smjeru (R) okomito na glavnu os rotacije (4) ili uzduž smjera (R') nagnuto prema navedenom radijalnom smjeru (R), i time da navedeni postupak dodatno sadrži odabir jednog od navedenih umetaka (20) i postavljanje odabranog umetka na tijelo (10) pogonskog kraka kao funkcije specifičnih zahtjeva primjene.
