Claims (15)
1. Magnetski separator za sustav centralnog grijanja, magnetski separator obuhvaća:
kućište (12),
separacijsku komoru (14) unutar kućišta,
ulazni i izlazni port (21, 22) koji se pružaju od kućišta, ulazni i izlazni port uključujući konektore na pritisak (30),
naznačen time što
konektori na pritisak (30) magnetskog separatora imaju stezne čahure (99) koje okružuju početak svakog ulaza i izlaza, stezne čahure (99) mogu se ugurati prema unutra, prema tijelu kućišta (10), za oslobađanje konektora,
i omogućen je alat za otpuštanje (44), alat za otpuštanje ima prvo i drugo područje ležajeva (46, 48) za ležajeve u odnosu na stezne čahure ulaznog i izlaznog konektora, i područje za rukovanje (50, 52) za omogućavanje primjene sile, preko područja ležajeva, na oba konektora (30) simultano.
2. Magnetski separator sukladno zahtjevu 1, pri čemu je dio za zaključavanje (80) omogućen za zaključavanje alata za otpuštanje u položaju u kojem se sila ne može prenositi na stezne čahure preko područja ležajeva.
3. Magnetski separator sukladno zahtjevu 2, pri čemu dio za zaključavanje (80) djeluje s dijelom separatora kućišta i sprječava pokretanje alata za otpuštanje prema kućištu.
4. Magnetski separator sukladno zahtjevu 2 ili 3, pri čemu se dio za zaključavanje (80) može produljiti od alata za otpuštanje (44).
5. Magnetski separator sukladno bilo kojem od zahtjeva 2 do 4, pri čemu je dio za zaključavanje (80) vijak s navojima koji se proteže od dijela za rukovanje (50,52) alata za otpuštanje (44) i prilagođen je za djelovanje u dnosu na stranu kućišta.
6. Magnetski separator sukladno zahtjevu 2, pri čemu je dio za zaključavanje (80) igla.
7. Magnetski separator sukladno zahtjevu 6, pri čemu aparat za otpuštanje (44) i igla kućišta separatora (12) (80), svaki imaju barem jedan otvor za prihvat igle (80), otvor(i) aparata za otpuštanje poravnati su s otvorom(ima) kućišta u položaju u kojem je alat za otpuštanje (44) odmaknut od kućišta i područja s ležajevima alata za otpuštanje ne djeuju silom na stezne čahure (99).
8. Magnetski separator sukladno zahtjevu 6 ili 7, pri čemu igla (80) ima formaciju za zaključavanje za zaključavanje igle unutar otvora.
9. Magnetski separator sukladno zahtjevu 8, pri čemu formacija za zaključavanje ima longitudinalni prolaz (84) koji se proteže od kraja igle, duž površine igle, i kružni prolaz koji se pruža od longitudinalnog prolaza, kružni prolaz je odmaknut od kraja igle.
10. Magnetski separator sukladno zahtjevu 9, pri čemu je zaporka (76) koja odgovara formaciji za zaključavanje pružena na, ili na jednom od, otvora u alatu za otpuštanje kućišta separatora, zaporka se proteže prema unutra od ruba pridruženog otvora.
11. Magnetski separator sukladno bilo kojem od zahtjeva 6 do 10, pri čemu je igla (80) sužena.
12. Magnetski separator sukladno zahtjevu 11, pri čemu je barem jedan od otvora u alatu za otpuštanje (44) i/ili kućištu separatora (12) također sužen, omogućujući uvođenje igle u jednom smjeru.
13. Magnetski separator sukladno bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, pri čemu alat za otpuštanje (44) i kućište magnetskog separatora (12) imaju formacije vodiča koje međusobno djeluju na jednoj strani alata i kućišta.
14. Magnetski separator sukladno bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, pri čemu je ručka (50, 52) smještena u osnovi centralno u odnosu na alata za otpuštanje (44).
15. Magnetski separator sukladno bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, pri čemu je uzdignuto područje (58) omogućeno na svakom području ležajeva.
