Claims (18)

1. Termoplastična polimerna formulacija koja sadrži poliamide (PA) i/ili EVOH i poliolefine, naznačena time, da ona također sadrži polipropilen homopolimer s MFI (indeks tečenja taline) u području od 15 do 50, prvenstveno 20 do 50 (g/10min, ASTM 1238L), kao kompatibilizator između navedenih PA i/ili EVOH i poliolefinskih polimera, u čemu je količina navedenog PP homopolimera u području od 15 do 50 tež.%, a formulacija nadalje sadrži PP (ko)polimer koji je različit od gore navedenog PP homopolimera.
2. Formulacija prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačena time, da količina navedenog PP homopolimera jest u području od 25 do 45 tež.% u odnosu na ukupnu težinu formulacije.
3. Formulacija prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačena time, da navedeni PA i/ili EVOH i poliolefini (PE, PP) proizlaze barem djelomično iz otpadnih materijala od proizvodnje višeslojnih folija koje sadrže dva ili više PE, PA, PP, EVOH, i gdje su ti materijali prisutni u količini u području od 10 do 70%, prvenstveno 25 do 35 tež.% u odnosu na konačnu težinu formulacije.
4. Formulacija prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačena time, da nadalje sadrži PP punjen anorganskim i/ili organskim punilima, a navedeni PP s punilom je prisutan u količini od 15 do 40, prvenstveno 25 i 35 tež.% u odnosu na konačnu težinu formulacije.
5. Formulacija prema patentnom zahtjevu 4, naznačena time, da navedeno mineralno punilo jest CaCO3, a navedeno organsko punilo jest drvo.
6. Formulacija prema patentnom zahtjevu 5, naznačena time, da sadrži od 3 do 18 tež.% drvenih čestica u odnosu na ukupnu težinu formulacije.
7. Formulacija prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 2 do 4, naznačena time, da sadrži od 3 do 18 tež.% CaCO3 u odnosu na ukupnu težinu formulacije.
8. Formulacija prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time, da u odnosu na konačnu težine formulacije težinski sadrži: a) PA u količini u području od 0 do 20 tež.%, prvenstveno između 1 i 15 tež.%; b) EVOH u količini u području od 0 do 2,0 tež.%, prvenstveno između 0,06 i 0,67 tež.%; c) PE u količini u području od 0 do 40 tež.%, prvenstveno između 1 i 35 tež.%; d) PP različit od PP iz točaka e) i f) u količini u području od 0 do 40 tež.%, prvenstveno između 1 i 35 tež.%; e) PP homopolimer s MFI u području od 15 do 50, prvenstveno 20 do 50 (g/10min, ASTM 1238L), u količini u području od 25,0 do 45 tež.%, prvenstveno 30 do 35 tež.%; f) PP (ko)polimer s punilom u količini u području od 15 do 40 tež.%, prvenstveno 30 do 35 tež.%; i u čemu, kada PA jest 0%, prisutan je EVOH, a kada EVOH jest 0%, prisutan je PA.
9. Formulacija prema patentnom zahtjevu 8, naznačena time, da materijali a) do d) proizlaze iz otpada od proizvodnje višeslojne folije.
10. Formulacija prema patentnom zahtjevu 9, naznačena time, da sadrži: - jedan dio materijala a) do d), a navedeni su materijali prisutni u količinama prema patentnom zahtjevu 8; - jedan dio materijala e); -jedan dio materijala f).
11. Formulacija prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time, da navedeni PP homopolimer s MFI u području od 15 do 50 (g/10min, ASTM 1238L) ili pokazuje modul elastičnosti između 1200 i 1600 N/cm2 ili ima modul elastičnosti u području od 1700 do 2300 N/cm2, najpogodnije 2100 N/cm2.
12. Lijevani ili ekstrudirani proizvod, naznačen time, da je barem djelomično proizveden s termoplastičnom formulacijom prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva.
13. Lijevani ili ekstrudirani proizvod prema patentnom zahtjevu 12, naznačen time, da navedeni proizvod jest naslonjač ili drugi sličan element namještaja.
14. Lijevani ili ekstrudirani proizvod prema patentnom zahtjevu 12 ili 13, naznačen time, da navedeni proizvod sadrži punilo na bazi drveta.
15. Lijevani ili ekstrudirani proizvod prema patentnom zahtjevu 14, naznačen time, da navedeni proizvod jesu vrata, stranica ili neki drugi dio komada namještaja.
16. Postupak za recikliranje otpadnih materijala koji sadrže poliolefine, poliamide (PA) i/ili EVOH, koji proizlaze iz proizvodnje višeslojnih folija, naznačen time, da su navedeni materijali smiješani s propilen homopolimerom koji ima MFI u području između 15 do 50, prvenstveno 20 do 50 (g/10min, ASTM 1238L) i s bilo kojim drugim poliolefin polimerom da se dobije formulacija prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 11, i da se po izboru ova formulacija granulira.
17. Postupak prema patentnon zahtjevu 16, naznačen time, da sadrži stupanj sušenja i/ili odvlaživanja navedenih otpadnih materijala.
18. Primjena polipropilen homopolimera koji ima MFI u području od 15 do 50, prvenstveno 20 do 50 (g/10min, ASTM 1238L) naznačena time, da jest kao kompatibilizator polimer između dva ili više polimera odabranih od PE, PA, PP, EVOH i njihovih smjesa.
