Claims (15)
1. Postupak za proizvodnju ugradive koštane supstance pogodne da se na nju vežu matične stanice, naznačen time da se čestice kosti dovode u dodir s proteinskom otopinom koja obuhvaća albumin i spomenuta proteinska otopina se suši na spomenutim koštanim česticama liofilizacijom.
2. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da spomenuta proteinska otopina obuhvaća albumin u albuminskoj otopini.
3. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time da je spomenuti albumin ljudski albumin, i preporučuje se da potječe iz seruma.
4. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time da su spomenute koštane čestice liofilizirane koštane čestice.
5. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time da su spomenute koštane čestice mineralizirane koštane čestice koje se uglavnom čiste od organskih komponenata.

8. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 7, naznačen time da spomenuta proteinska otopina obuhvaća serum spomenutog pacijeta ili bilo koju njegovu frakciju.
9. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačen time da spomenuta proteinska otopina nadalje obuhvaća rekombinantni protein.
10. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačen time da spomenuta proteinska otopina nadalje obuhvaća fibronektin ili kolagen ili njihovu kombinaciju.
11. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 10, naznačen time da spomenuta proteinska otopina ne sadrži komponente koje su potencijalno imunogene za pacijenta koji treba primiti spomenutu mineraliziranu koštanu supstancu kao implantat.
12. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 11, naznačen time da nadalje obuhvaća korak vezanja stanica koje mogu povećati formiranje kosti na površini spomenutih koštanih čestica, spomenute stanice su preporučljivo mezenhimalne matične stanice.
