Claims (9)
1. Električni spojni utikač, za uporabu na povišenim temperaturama, poput onih koji su potrebni za uporabu kod primjena za zaštitu od požara, koji sadrži električni spojni dio (3) za držanje električnih vodiča koje treba međusobno povezati pomoću spojnog priključka i kućište (2, 2.1) koje je prikladno za temperaturne zahtjeve, koje drži spojni dio (3), pri čemu je električni spojni dio (3) konfiguriran kao oprugom opterećeni priključak, naznačen time da je električni spojni dio (3) smješten u plastično kućište (10), te je navedeno plastično kućište (10) postavljeno uz pozitivan dosjed u kućištu (2, 2.1) i izrađeno je od materijala otpornog na temperaturu, pri čemu je električni spojni dio (3) s njegovim plastičnim kućištem (10) pričvršćen s kućištem koje je otporno na temperaturu (2, 2.1) na takav način da se električni spojni dio (3) drži u kućištu (2, 2.1) na takav način da se ne može izgubiti, čak i ako je plastično kućište (10) uništeno ili izgorjelo zbog utjecaja temperature.
2. Spojni utikač prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da je električni spojni dio (3) konfiguriran kao višepolan, te je dio kućišta (2, 2.1) prečka (5), koja se proteže poprečno na red polova oblikovana na suprotnim bočnim stjenkama (6) kućišta (2, 2.1).
3. Spojni utikač prema zahtjevu 2, naznačen time da je prečka (5) postavljena tako da prekriva pristup do pola višepolnog električnog spojnog dijela (3), te da sadrži dio za proširenje (F) koji se proteže u odjeljak s vodičima kućišta (10).
4. Spojni utikač prema zahtjevu 3, naznačen time da dio za proširenje (F) ide sve do oprugom opterećenog priključka (9) spojnog dijela (3), dodijeljenog ovom polu.
5. Spojni utikač prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time da je kućište koje je otporno na temperaturu (2, 2.1) proizvedeno od keramičkog materijala.
6. Spojni utikač prema zahtjevu 5, naznačen time da je kućište (2, 2.1) proizvedeno procesom lijevanja pomoću inkapsulacije plastičnog kućišta (10) koje sadrži oprugom opterećen priključak (3).
7. Spojni utikač prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time da su jedno ili više spojnih proširenja (13, 13.1; 13.2, 13.3) izlivena u kućištu (2, 2.1).
8. Spojni utikač prema zahtjevu 7, naznačen time da se veći broj spojnih utikača (1.1, 1.2) drži zajedno pomoću njihovih spojnih proširenja (13, 13.1; 13.2, 13.3), pomoću dodatnog spojnog elementa (15, 16) koji je isto tako dovoljan da zadovolji temperaturne zahtjeve.
9. Spojni utikač prema zahtjevu 8, naznačen time da su spojne veze konfigurirane u svakom slučaju kao spojna proširenja (13, 13.1; 13.2, 13.3), koja u svakom slučaju sadrže prolazni gibljivi otvor (14, 14.1; 14.2, 14.3), te spojni element (15, 16), kako bi se spojila barem dva spojna utikača (1.1, 1.2), zahvaća u prolazne gibljive otvore (14, 14.1; 14.2, 14.3) za barem dva spojna proširenja (13, 13.1; 13.2, 13.3).
