Claims (8)

1. Postupak za proizvodnju transformatorskih jezgri prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da postupak ima sljedeće korake: a) raspoređivanje limova (2 – 6) na svakom od najmanje dva (21, 23) od najmanje četiri okretna stola (21, 22, 23, 24) smještena jedan iza drugoga u smjeru transporta (a) i učvršćena na stolovima za slaganje, tako da se kao prvo alternacijski postavlja jedan lim s jedne strane krakova (2 ili 4) od transformatorske jezgre (1) ili se naslaže mnoštvo limova s jedne strane krakova (2 ili 4) od transformatorske jezgre (1) jedan preko drugoga, dok se dva preostala okretna stola (22, 24) premještaju u poziciju za slaganje limova s jedne strane krakova i okreću se; b) tada se alternacijski postavlja jedan lim s jedne strane krakova (2 ili 4) od transformatorske jezgre (1) ili se naslaže mnoštvo limova s jedne strane krakova (2 ili 4) od transformatorske jezgre (1) jedan preko drugoga na svakom od dva preostala okretna stola (22, 24), gdje se svaki od prvih okretnih stolova (21, 23) bočno premješta u poziciju za slaganje limova s druge strane krakova (4 ili 2) od transformatorske jezgre (1); c) tada se alternacijski postavlja jedan lim s druge strane krakova (4 ili 2) od transformatorske jezgre (1) ili se naslaže mnoštvo limova s druge strane krakova (4 ili 2) od transformatorske jezgre (1), jedan preko drugoga na svakom od prvih okretnih stolova (21, 23), gdje se svaki od preostalih okretnih stolova (22, 24) bočno premješta u poziciju za slaganje limova s druge strane krakova (4 ili 2) od transformatorske jezgre (1); d) tada se alternacijski postavlja jedan lim s druge strane krakova (4 ili 2) od transformatorske jezgre (1) ili se naslaže mnoštvo limova s druge strane krakova (4 ili 2) od transformatorske jezgre (1), jedan preko drugoga na svakom od preostalih okretnih stolova (22, 24), gdje se svaki od prvih okretnih stolova (21, 23) premješta u poziciju za slaganje limova s odgovarajuće jedne strane poluge (5 ili 6) od transformatorske jezgre (1) i okreću se; e) tada se alternacijski postavlja jedan lim s jedne strane poluge (5 ili 6) od transformatorske jezgre (1) ili se naslaže mnoštvo limova s jedne strane poluge (5 ili 6) od transformatorske jezgre (1), jedan preko drugoga na svakom od prvih okretnih stolova (21, 23), gdje se svaki od preostalih okretnih stolova (22, 24) bočno premješta u poziciju za slaganje limova s odgovarajuće jedne strane poluge (5 ili 6) od transformatorske jezgre (1) i okreću se; f) tada se alternacijski postavlja jedan lim s jedne strane poluge (5 ili 6) od transformatorske jezgre (1) ili se naslaže mnoštvo limova s jedne strane poluge (5 ili 6) od transformatorske jezgre (1), jedan na drugoga na svakom od preostalih okretnih stolova (22, 24), gdje se svaki od prvih okretnih stolova (21, 23) premješta u poziciju za slaganje limova s druge strane poluge (6 ili 5) od transformatorske jezgre (1); g) tada se alternacijski postavlja jedan lim s druge strane poluge (6 ili 5) od transformatorske jezgre (1) ili se naslaže mnoštvo limova s druge strane poluge (6 ili 5) od transformatorske jezgre (1), jedan preko drugoga na svakom od prvih okretnih stolova (21, 23), dok se svaki od preostalih okretnih stolova (22, 24) bočno premješta u poziciju za slaganje limova s odgovarajuće druge strane poluge (6 ili 5) od transformatorske jezgre (1); h) tada se alternacijski postavlja jedan lim s druge strane poluge (6 ili 5) od transformatorske jezgre (1) ili se naslaže mnoštvo limova s druge strane poluge (6 ili 5) od transformatorske jezgre (1), jedan preko drugoga na svakom od dva preostala okretna stola (22, 24), dok se svaki od prvih okretnih stolova (21, 23) premješta u poziciju za slaganje limova s jedne strane krakova (2 ili 4) od transformatorske jezgre (1) i okreću se; i) ponavljaju se koraci postupka od a) do h), sve dok se ne postigne ukupna visina odgovarajuće transformatorske jezgre (1).8.
