Claims (4)
1. Toranj vjetroturbine, sa više stubnih segmenata (100) od kojih svaki ima gornju i donju horizontalnu prirubnicu (120, 110) i pokrovnu površinu (140), pri čemu bar prvi toranjski segment od ovih toranjskih segmenata (100) ima najmanje prvu i drugu polovinu od kojih svaka ima prvu i drugu uzdužnu prirubnicu (130), pri čemu prva i druga uzdužna prirubnica (130) prve polovine prvog segmenta tornja imaju prvu stranu (131) za postavljanje na prvu stranu (130) prve ili druge uzdužne prirubnice (130) druge polovine prvog segmenta tornja a svaka uzdužna prirubnica (130) ima drugu stranu (132), za koju se zavaruje pokrovna površina (140), pri čemu je druga strana (132) naspram prve strane (131), naznačen time da je prva strana (131) prve ili druge uzdužne prirubnice (130) prve polovine prvog segmenta tornja bar djelomično učvršćena direktno za prvu stranu (131) prve ili druge uzdužne prirubnice (130) druge polovine prvog toranjskog segmenta (100), pri čemu prva i druga uzdužna prirubnica (130) imaju treću stranu (133) koja se može vidjeti sa vanjske strane.
2. Toranj vjetroturbine prema zahtjevu 1, pri čemu jedna od uzdužnih prirubnica (130) ima žlijeb (135) na svojoj prvoj strani (131), a uzdužne prirubnice (130) imaju više rupa (136) za primanje vijaka za spajanje.
3. Toranj vjetroturbine prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 ili 2, pri čemu je pokrovna površina (140) konstruirana tako da bude značajno u ravnini sa trećom stranom (133) uzdužnih prirubnica (130).
4. Postupak za proizvodnju tornja vjetrogeneratora od više segmenata (100), pri čemu prvi segment tornja (100) ima najmanje prvu i drugu polovinu od kojih svaka ima gornju i donju horizontalnu prirubnicu (120, 110), pokrovnu površinu (140) i najmanje prvu i drugu uzdužnu prirubnicu (130), pri čemu prva i druga uzdužna prirubnica (130) imaju prvu stranu, drugu stranu koja je nasuprot prve, i treću stranu (131 , 132, 133), a postupak ima slijedeće korake:
proizvodnja uzdužnih prirubnica (130), i
zavarivanje pokrovne površine (140) za drugu stranu (132) uzdužnih prirubnica (130), koje karakteriziraju slijedeći koraci:
postavljanje prvih strana (131) prve ili druge uzdužne prirubnice (130) najmanje prve i druge polovine prvog segmenta tornja jedne na drugu tako da se treće strane (133) uzdužnih prirubnica (130) mogu vidjeti sa vanjske strane, zavrtanje dvije uzdužne prirubnice jedne za drugu.
