Claims (8)
1. Postupak proizvodnje sirovog feronikal proizvoda, obuhvaća sljedeće korake:
(i) miješanje niklovog hidroksida s izvorom željeza i agensom troske;
(ii) stavljanje mješavine u kontakt s reducirajućim agensom što dovodi do stvaranja feronikal legure; i
(iii) proizvodnja pečenog proizvoda koji unutar strukture ima rasprostranjenu feronikal leguru.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1., naznačen time da je izvor željeza željezna ruda ili metalni agens.
3. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1. ili 2., naznačen time da je agens troske jedan ili više izabranih iz grupe koja se sastoji od MgO, SiO2, CaCO3, CaF2 i CaO.
4. Postupak prema zahtjevu 3., naznačen time da je ukupna količina agensa troske između 5 i 500% mase feronikla, po mogućnosti između 10% i 30%.
5. Postupak prema bilo kojem zahtjevu 1. do 4., naznačen time da je reducirajući agens izabran iz grupe koja se sastoji od ugljena, prirodnog plina ili hidrogena.
6. Postupak prema zahtjevu 5., naznačen time da je količina reducirajućeg agensa između 50 i 500% stehiometrijske količine za proizvodnju metalnog feronikla.
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem zahtjevu 1. do 6., naznačen time da je korak proizvodnje pečenog proizvoda izveden u peći sa temperaturom u rasponu od 500 do 2000ºC, po mogućnosti između 700 i 1200ºC.
8. Postupak prema zahtjevu 7., naznačen time da je vrijeme zadržavanja približno 6 sati.
