Claims (15)
1. Modul ogledala (1) Fresnelovog solarnog kolektorskog sustava s mnoštvom elemenata ogledala (5) koji su međusobno paralelno i zakretno uležišteni na nosivoj ploči (6), koji sunčevu svjetlost fokusiraju na jedinicu prijemnika (5) uležištenu u povišenom položaju iznad modula ogledala (1), naznačen time da su elementi ogledala (5) zakretno uležišteni na nosivoj ploči (6) barem duž uzdužnih dijelova nosive ploče i elemenata ogledala.
2. Modul ogledala (1) prema zahtjevu 1 naznačen time da su elementi ogledala (5) na nosivoj ploči (6) zakretno uležišteni barem uglavnom po svojoj cijeloj dužini.
3. Modul ogledala (1) prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time da je zakretno uležištenje elemenata ogledala (5) izvedeno kao plastična šarka (8).
4. Modul ogledala (1) prema jednom od zahtjeva od 1 do 3, naznačen time da elementi ogledala (5) imaju po jedan nosivi element (11) sastavljen od nosivog dijela elementa (12, 12a do 12e) i nožnog elementa (9) koji se može spojiti s nosivom pločom (6), s tim da je nosivi dio ogledala (12, 12a do 12e) povezan s nožnim elementom (9) preko najmanje jedne integrirane plastične šarke (8).
5. Modul ogledala (1) prema zahtjevu 4, naznačen time da nosivi element (11) prije svega predstavlja profil izrađen od plastike, s tim da nosivi dio ogledala (12, 12a do 12e) ima u prvom redu presjek u obliku slova T, slova L ili trokuta, pri čemu je na strani nosivog elementa (11) okrenutoj prema suncu postavljena zrcalna površina (10), koja je u prvom redu izvedena kao reflektirajući premaz, kao nalijepljena zrcalna folija (10) ili kao stakleno ogledalo, s tim da zrcalne površine (10) prije svega imaju širinu koja maksimalno odgovara promjeru jedinice prijemnika (2).
6. Modul ogledala (1) prema jednom od zahtjeva od 1 do 5, naznačen time da je nosiva ploča (6) izvedena u laganoj konstrukciji, prije svega kao kompozitna ploča ili kao ploča sa saćastom jezgrom.
7. Modul ogledala (1) prema jednom od zahtjeva od 1 do 6, naznačen time da su zakretni elementi ogledala (5) po grupama ili skupno mehanički međusobno povezani preko najmanje jedne spojne jedinice (13) i da se preko nje mogu pomicati prema suncu uz pomoć pogona (14).
8. Modul ogledala (1) prema jednom od zahtjeva od 1 do 7, naznačen time da su elementi ogledala (5) usmjereni paralelno ili normalno u odnosu na uzdužnu stranu nosive ploče (6) te da zajedno sa spojnom jedinicom (13) i pogonom (14) čine predgotovljenu jedinicu koja se može transportirati standardnim prijevoznim sredstvima.
9. Modul ogledala (1) prema jednom od zahtjeva od 1 do 8, naznačen time da je na nosivoj ploči (6) između elemenata ogledala (5) ili rubno, najmanje na dva mjesta, izveden po jedan rascjep kao kanal (21) za klizni čistač.
10. Modul ogledala (1) prema jednom od zahtjeva od 1 do 9, naznačen time da se iznad elemenata ogledala (5) može postaviti dodatan svjetlopropustan pokrov od stakla ili plastike za zaštitu elemenata ogledala (5) od atmosferskih utjecaja.
11. Modul ogledala (1) prema jednom od zahtjeva od 1 do 10, naznačen time da nosiva ploča (6) ima elemente za fiksiranje (15) koji služe za brzo pričvršćivanje i fino podešavanje na potpornjima (7) koje potom slijedi.
12. Modul ogledala (1) prema jednom od zahtjeva od 1 do 11, naznačen time da nosiva ploča (6) na najmanje dvije svoje strane ima po jednu rubnu letvicu (16) koja je od nje šira, s tim da prije svega gornje odnosno donje ivice rubnih letvica (16) imaju zatike (17) ili čepove i odgovarajuća udubljenja (18) tako da se više modula ogledala (1) mogu slagati jedan do drugog tako da se ne mogu pomicati.
13. Modul ogledala (1) prema zahtjevu 12, naznačen time da su na rubnim letvicama (16) smještene ušice (19) i ručice (20), tako da se mogu postaviti dizalice za transport i montažu i da je moguće ručno pozicioniranje radi podupiranja, s tim da rubne letvice (16) imaju prije svega kanale (21) za prihvat kliznog čistača.
14. Postupak proizvodnje modula ogledala (1) prema zahtjevu 1 s nosivim dijelovima ogledala (12b) trokutastog presjeka prema zahtjevu 5, naznačen time da ploča (22) na određenim razmacima ima više paralelno izvedenih pregiba (23) tako da se savijanjem i primicanjem stvaraju međusobno povezani nosivi dijelovi ogledala (12b) trokutastog presjeka, zajedno s ugrađenim plastičnim šarkama (8) i nožnim elementima (9), s tim da se tako izvedeni elementi ogledala (8) opremaju zrcalnim površinama (10) i pričvršćuju na nosivoj ploči (6).
15. Postupak prema zahtjevu 18, naznačen time da je ploča (22) izrađena od plastike, od kompozitnog materijala od vlakana ili od kartona stvrdnutog sredstvom za otvrdnjivanje.
