Claims (5)
1. Sklop rotora (51) za sinkroni reluktantni stroj koji se sastoji od:
- mnoštva radijalno postavljenih rotorskih diskova (52), te se svaki rotorski disk (52) sastoji od kružnog oboda (55) i središnjeg otvora (57) oblikovanog za postavljanje u paru na vratilo rotora,
- svaki rotorski disk (52) sadrži jedan ili više magnetski permeabilnih segmenata (53a)-e)) i susjedno smještenih magnetskih izolacijskih barijera (54a)-e)),
- mnoštva elemenata za pričvršćivanje koji međusobno povezuju mnoštvo radijalno postavljenih rotorskih diskova, naznačen time da elementi za pričvršćivanje obuhvaćaju barem jedan utisni element (55a)-d)) postavljen na ravnoj površini svakog rotorskog diska (52) koji sadrži deformaciju magnetski permeabilnog dijela rotorskog diska (52), pri čemu je
deformacija na svakog rotorskom disku predviđena da povećava magnetsku reluktanciju rotorskog diska (52) na kvadratnoj osi rotorskog diska.
2. Sklop rotora prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da svaki rotorski disk (52) sadrži:
- prvi i drugi magnetski permeabilni segment odvojene pomoću naizmjenično postavljenih magnetskih izolacijskih barijera; te
- magnetski permeabilne radijalno i/ili obodno proširujuće segmente mosta (56a) koji međusobno povezuju prvi i drugi magnetski permeabilni segment.
3. Sklop rotora prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time da mnoštvo elemenata za pričvršćivanje sadrži materijal rotorskog diska kao što je materijal jednog ili više magnetski permeabilnih segmenata.
4. Sklop rotora prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da deformacija sadrži izbočinu i nasuprotno smješteno udubljenje kao što je oznaka za štancanje (55a)-d)).
5. Sklop rotora prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, naznačen time da je svaki rotorski disk (52) oblikovan kao jedinstveni element proizveden pomoću probijanja ili štancanja metalnog nosača.
