Claims (5)
1. Umjetni kontraktilni sfinkter za kontrolu urinarne inkontinencije, ima strukturu (1, 10, 20, 30, 50) prilagođenu tako da se postavi oko uretre i ima barem dva prolaza, naznačen time što su ti prolazi oblikovani da pritišću uretru na barem dva različita područja na pulsirajući i naizmjenični način i da prenose pritisak naizmjenično na svako područje uretre kroz period u rasponu od između 30 sekundi do 30 minuta, poželjno između 30 sekundi do 10 minuta i još poželjnije između 1 minute do 5 minuta, tako da se temperatura tekućina ili tkiva koji okružuju uretru ne poveća iznad 40°C.
2. Umjetni kontraktilni sfinkter prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što struktura (1) obuhvaća zglobnu stezaljku prilagođenu tako da se postavi oko uretre, gdje zglobna stezaljka ima barem dva para zubaca (4) koji formiraju barem dva prolaza, svaki prolaz može stezati jedno područje uretre da je zatvori, na pulsirajući i naizmjenični način.
3. Umjetni kontraktilni sfinkter prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što struktura (20) obuhvaća šipku oblika slova U (21) za koju su fiksirane barem dvije trake (22) svojim središnjim dijelom, tako da svaka traka (22) formira U oblik prilagođen za postavljanje oko uretre, trake (22) formiraju barem dva prolaza, svaki prolaz može stezati jedno područje uretre da je zatvori, na pulsirajući i naizmjenični način.
4. Umjetni kontraktilni sfinkter prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time što dalje obuhvaća aktivator povezan sa strukturom (1, 10, 20, 30, 50) i prilagođen da tu strukturu (1, 10, 20, 30, 50) steže na pulsirajući i naizmjenični način, taj aktivator je oblikovan na način da se temperatura tekućina ili tkiva koji okružuju uretru ne poveća iznad 40°C, poželjno 39°C i još poželjnije 38°C.
5. Umjetni kontraktilni sfinkter prema zahtjevu 4, naznačen time što su aktivator i struktura (1, 10, 20, 30, 50) oblikovani na takav način da struktura (1, 10, 20, 30, 50) prenosi pritisak na područje uretre koje treba stegnuti, a on je u rasponu između 10 g/cm2 i 200 g/cm2.
