Abstract
Sprava i postupak za višebojno bojanje uzoraka na kosi odnosi se na bojanje kose u jednom nanošenju pri čemu: ostaje uzorak (slika, logo, naziv ...) u jednoj ili više boja na kosi; ostaje reljefni (3D) prikaz uzorka (slika, logo, naziv ...) u jednoj ili više boja na kosi te se izvlače pramenovi u više boja. Sprava za apliciranje uzorka na kosu se sastoji od podloge za fiksiranje kose (čičak) 15, podloge 8, uzorka 9 i poklopca 11. Sprava kojom se izvodi 3D aplikacija se sastoji od podloge za fiksiranje kose (čička) 4, podloge 2 na kojoj se nalazi uzorak 3 i poklopca 1, a sprava kojom se izvode pramenovi se sastoji od podloge 6, pregrada 6a, jastučića 6b, poklopca 7 te 6c sa podlogom za fiksiranje kose (čička) od ne savijajućeg i ne upijajućeg materijala.Apparatus and procedure for multicolor dyeing of hair samples refers to dyeing of hair in one application whereby: it remains a pattern (image, logo, name ...) in one or more hair dyes; remains a 3D rendering of the pattern (image, logo, name ...) in one or more hair colors and extracts strands in multiple colors. Bojanje kose na način da ostaje uzorak (slika) u jednoj ili više boja na kosi do sada se vršilo na način da se kosa ili iscrtava ručno kistom (u tom slučaju je bilo potrebno vrijeme nanošenja jedne boje, ispiranje i/ili sušenje te boje, nanošenje druge boje itd…) ili putem šablone ili sličnih naprava i pomagala gdje se šablona drži ispred kose, a boja se jedna po jedna nanosi bilo sprejem bilo ručno kistom. Sprava od nepropusnog materijala ima tijelo koje na sredini ima izveden poprečni prorez, a iznad njega izvedeni su prorezi raznih geometrijskih likova ili slika. Na jednoj strani tijela, cijelom površinom, nanesen je ljepljivi materijal koji je zaštićen s dvije folije. Postupak bojanja se vrši tako da se pramen kose provuče kroz poprečni prorez, skine se donja folija i na ljepljivi materijal se zalijepi pramen kose. Rješenje prikazano u dokumentu US 2011/0132390 A1 odnosi se na uređaj, sustav i postupak za nanošenje boje na kosu. Bit rješenja je u posudi s komorama, valovitoj podlozi i kistu s „nazubljenom“ četkicom. Broj „zuba“ četkice kista odgovara broju komora posude, a širina „zuba“ je neznatno uža od širine komore. U svrhu ostvarivanja ciljeva konstruirana je sprava za stvaranje jednobojnog ili višebojnog uzorka (slika, logo, naziv ...) na kosi u jednom nanošenju. Sprava može biti za jednokratnu ili višekratnu upotrebu. Sprava se sastoji od podloge na kojoj je fiksiran čičak ili bilo koji drugi materijal koji može fiksirati i rasporediti kosu, podloge sa uzorkom i poklopca. Na ne upijajućoj podlozi se nalazi uzorak koji je izrađen od materijala koji ima sposobnost upijanja boje. Uzorak je izrađen iz jednog ili iz više dijelova, ovisno o izgledu. Sprava se sastoji od podloge, uzorka, čička i poklopca. Na ne upijajućoj podlozi se nalazi uzorak koji je izrađen od materijala koji ima sposobnost upijanja boje.
