Claims (10)
1. Propeler (1) za hidraulični stroj, koji je konstruiran za prolaz protoka, te propeler (1) sadrži glavčinu (3) koja se pruža duž osi rotacije (X-X) propelera (1) i lopatice (2) koje se pružaju od glavčine (3), propeler (1) se sastoji od višestrukih sektora (4) koji svaki sadrži tijelo (5) koje, jednom kada su sektori (4) spojeni, zajedno tvori glavčinu (3) i svaka je lopatica (2) učvršćena na tijelo (5) sektora (4), te se sektori (4) međusobno spojeni, tako da tvore propeler (1), pomoću najmanje jednog prstena (6) učvršćenog stezanjem koji se postavlja na mjesto oko tijela (5) sektora (4), te je propeler (1) naznačen time da je glavčina (3) šuplja, te time da svaki sektor (4) sadrži bočnu stjenku (50) i izbočinu (54) koja je učvršćena na bočnu stjenku (50) i strši prema unutra u glavčinu (3), okomito na os (X-X), te time da su sektori (4) štoviše povezani jedni s drugima, tako da formiraju propeler (1), pomoću najmanje jednog spojnog prstena (9) spojenog sa izbočinom (54) svakog sektora (4), unutar glavčine (3), pomoću dodatnih spojnih elemenata (10).
2. Propeler (1) prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da je glavčina (3) generalno oblika krnjeg stošca i ima prvi, uzvodni, aksijalni kraj (31) i drugi, nizvodni, aksijalni kraj (32), pri čemu najveća vanjska radijalna dimenzija (D2), mjerena okomito na os (X-X), drugog aksijalnog kraja je manja od najveće vanjske radijalne dimenzije (D1) prvog aksijalnog kraja (31).
3. Propeler (1) prema zahtjevu 2, naznačen time da je prsten (6) učvršćen stezanjem na prvi aksijalni kraj (31) glavčine (3).
4. Propeler (1) prema zahtjevu 3, naznačen time da se stjenka (33) koja sadrži žlijeb (7) za prihvat prstena (6) pruža od prvog aksijalnog kraja (31) glavčine (3) prema osi (X-X), a žlijeb (7) se proteže u ravnini okomito na os (X-X).
5. Propeler (1) prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da spojni elementi (10) predstavljaju vijke i/ili zatike.
6. Propeler (1) prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da su sektori (4) proizvedeni iz jednog dijela, naročito lijevanjem.
7. Propeler (1) prema jednom zahtjevu od 1 do 5, naznačen time da su sektori (4) proizvedeni spajanjem jedne lopatice (2) sa jednim tijelom (5), naročito zavarivanjem.
8. Hidraulični stroj, naznačen time da je opremljen s propelerom (1) prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva.
9. Postupak sastavljanja propelera (1) prema jednom zahtjevu od 1 do 7, naznačen time da sadrži korake u kojima:
- je prsten (6) učvršćen stezanjem (F1) oko tijela (5) svakog sektora (4),
- je najmanje jedan spojni prsten (9) spojen (F2) sa izbočinom (54) svakog sektora (4).
10. Postupak sastavljanja prema zahtjevu 9, naznačen time da je najmanje jedan spojni prsten (9) spojen sa izbočinom (54) svakog sektora pomoću dodatnih spojnih elemenata (10), naročito vijcima i/ili zaticima.
