Claims (19)
1. Obložena cijev, koja sadrži metalnu cijev (1, 9, 10, 11, 33, 34, 43), vanjsku oblogu (2, 12, 42) koja okružuje metalnu cijev, te žicu za kidanje (3, 13, 14, 15, 38, 39, 40, 41, 44), naznačena time što je obložena cijev namijenjena upotrebi kod bušotina za izvlačenje ugljikovodika i može je se namotati na kalem, što metalna cijev ima stijenku koja je oblika šupljeg valjka i glatka, puna, kontinuirana, bez prekida, može je se hermetično zabrtviti i pogodna je za povezivanje s kompresivnim spojnicama za hermetično brtvljenje, kako bi se dopremilo tekućine u bušotinu, te što se žica za kidanje nalazi u kontaktu s vanjskom površinom metalne cijevi i unutar promjera fleksibilne vanjske obloga i može je se izvući kako bi se dobilo izrez u vanjskoj oblozi, kako bi se omogućilo da se vanjska obloga odvoji od metalne cijevi bez oštećivanja površine metalne cijevi.
2. Obložena cijev u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačena time što je metalna cijev namijenjena za prijenos hidraulične tekućine.
3. Obložena cijev u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačena time što je metalna cijev namijenjena za prijenos kemikalija.
4. Obložena cijev u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačena time što se obloga sastoji od poliamida, polietilena, etilen-klortrifluoretilena ili termoplastičnog elastomernog umreženog etilen-propilen-dien-monomer-kaučuka i polipropilena.
5. Obložena cijev u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačena time što se obloga sastoji od obrađenih termoplastičnih vulkanizata, perfluoralkoksi, poliviniliden-fluorida ili fluoriranog etilenpropilena.
6. Obložena cijev u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačena time što žica za kidanje je načinjena od poliaramidnog vlakna.
7. Obložena cijev u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačena time što se metalna cijev sastoji od inkoloja, nehrđajućeg čelika, ugljičnog čelika ili galvaniziranog ugljičnog čelika.
8. Obložena cijev u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačena time što je žica za kidanje načinjena od metala.
9. Obložena cijev u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačena time što žica za kidanje je spiralno omotana oko metalne cijevi.
10. Obložena cijev u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačena time što dodatno sadrži žicu za kidanje, smještenu na odabrano mjesto duž metalne cijevi.
11. Obložena cijev u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačena time što sadrži jedno ili više čelične užadi unutar jedne ili više zaštitnih obloga koje okružuju glatku punu stijenku metalne cijevi i žicu za kidanje, gdje se žica za kidanje nalazi uz svako čelično uže i cijev, a čelično uže ima istu orijentaciju kao cijev i nalazi se uz cijev unutar obloge.
12. Obložena cijev u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačena time što dodatno sadrži oblogu od jednog ili više materijala iz skupine koju čine polietilen, etilen-klortrifluoretilen, termoplastični elastomerni umreženi etilen-propilen-dien-monomer-kaučuk i polipropilen, perfluoralkoksi, poliviniliden-fluorid i fluorirani etilen-propilen, gdje se materijal ekstrudira na cijev bez stvrdnjavanja uz pomoć zračenja.
13. Obložena cijev u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačena time što dodatno sadrži kabel od staklenog vlakna, električnu žica ili komunikacijski kabel.
14. Obložena cijev u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačena time što zaštitna obloga (12) okružuje više metalnih cijevi s punom stijenkom (9), (10), (11), što svaka cijev dodatno ima glatke stijenke s površinama za brtvljenje, za priključivanje kompresivnih spojnica za rad u uvjetima negativnog ili pozitivnog unutarnjeg tlaka, te što se više žica za kidanje (13), (14), (15), (22) su tako smještene da se jedna žica za kidanje nalazi između vanjske površine svake navedene cijevi i unutar promjera navedene obloge, gdje je svaka žica za kidanje orijentirana uzdužno po duljini cijevi, te gdje se žicu za kidanje može izvući kako bi se dobilo izrez u zaštitnoj obloga, da bi se omogućilo da se zaštitna obloga odvoji od jedne ili više metalnih cijevi, bez oštećivanja površine za brtvljenje metalne cijevi.
15. Obložena cijev u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 14, naznačena time što dodatno sadrži najmanje jednu metalnu cijev, koja sadrži kabel od staklenog vlakna, električnu žica ili komunikacijski kabel (20), (21).
16. Obložena cijev u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 14, naznačena time što dodatno sadrži najmanje jednu kompresivnu spojnicu.
17. Postupak dopreme tekućine u bušotinu, naznačen time što se postupak sastoji u:
i) stavljanju vanjske obloge (2, 12, 42) oko metalne cijevi (1, 9, 10, 11, 33, 34, 43) kako bi se dobilo obloženu cijev koju se može namotati na kalem, gdje metalna cijev ima stijenku koja je oblika šupljeg valjka i je glatka, puna, kontinuirana, bez prekida, koju se može hermetično zabrtviti i pogodna je za povezivanje s kompresivnim spojnicama za hermetično brtvljenje, kako bi se dopremilo tekućine u bušotinu,
ii) stavljanju žice za kidanje (3, 13, 14, 15, 38, 39, 40, 41, 44) u kontakt s vanjskom površinom metalne cijevi i unutar promjera vanjske obloge i
iii) izvlačenju žice za kidanje kako bi se dobilo izrez u vanjskoj oblozi, kako bi se omogućilo da se vanjska obloga odvoji od metalne cijevi bez oštećivanja površine metalne cijevi.
18. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 17, naznačen time što dodatno sadrži stavljanju druge žice za kidanje uz vanjski promjer zaštitne obloge i prekrivanju prve obloge drugom oblogom.
19. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 17, naznačen time što dodatno sadrži oblaganje metalne cijevi i žice za kidanje polietilenom, etilen-klortrifluoretilenom, termoplastičnim elastomernim umreženim etilen-propilen-dien-monomer-kaučukom i polipropilenom, perfluoralkoksi, poliviniliden-fluoridom ili fluoriranim etilen-propilenom.
