Abstract
Ekološki trajni rasklopivi stakleni lampion se sastoji od tri glavna dijela: postolja (1), tijela (3) i poklopca (4), s time da je u udubljenje u postolju ugrađeni šiljak (5) na kojeg se natiče posuda za skupljanje voska (6). Tijelo (3) se usađuje na postolje (1) ili pak se s istim spaja rastavljivim vijčanim spojem tako da je osigurana trajna rastavljivost lampiona. Radi korištenja masivnog postolja koje je teže od tijela (3) i poklopca (4) osigurana je zaštita od prevrtanja zbog naleta vjetra. U takav ekološki trajni rasklopivi stakleni lampion se mogu stavljati svijeće različitih oblika i veličina. S obzirom na rastavljivost svih sastavnih dijelova, posebno kada dođe do slučajnog razbijanja tijela isto se može jednostavno zamijeniti novim.The eco-friendly folding glass lantern consists of three main parts: the stand (1), the body (3) and the cover (4), with a spike (5) fitted into the recess in the stand, which is supported by a wax collector (6 ). The body (3) is mounted on the stand (1) or connected to the stand (1) by a detachable screw connection so that the permanent separation of the lamps is ensured. Godinama jedan od najvećih problema koji se susreću kod korištenja plastičnih lampiona je njihovo odlaganje nakon upotrebe. S obzirom da su plastični lampioni za jednokratnu upotrebu njihovim odlaganjem se stvara ogromna količina plastičnog otpada čime se ekološki opterećuje okoliš. Prema raspoloživim podacima u Republici Hrvatskoj se godišnje kao otpad odlaže oko 200 milijuna komada plastičnih lampiona. U drugim zemljama, posebno s kršćanskim stanovništvom, bacaju se daleko veće količine. For years, one of the biggest problems encountered when using plastic lanterns is their disposal after use. Do sada su u staklene lampione ubacivani ulošci od plastike u kojima se nalazi vosak, tako da praktično nije bitno smanjena količina plastike koja se baca. Primarni cilj izuma je poboljšati lampione u smislu povećanja njihovog vijeka upotrebe i otpornosti na atmosferske utjecaje, uz zadržavanje estetike i funkcionalnosti. Sekundarni cilj izuma je omogućiti da stakleni lampioni koriste svijeće koje se u potpunosti mogu reciklirati, bez plastičnih čaša (posuda) koje su potrebne za postojeće staklene lampione. A secondary objective of the invention is to enable glass lanterns to use candles that are fully recyclable, without the plastic cups (containers) required for existing glass lanterns.
Cijeli ekološki trajni rasklopivi lampion je zamišljen kao lako rastavljiva cjelina koja se sastoji od tri glavna trajna dijela: postolja (1), tijela (3) i poklopca (4) s time da je svijeća (2) netrajni potrošni dio koja se naknadno umeće u lampion. Rastavljivost se postiže time što se tijelo (3) nasađuje na postolje (1) odnosno upotrebom grubog navoja za sigurno i brzo pričvršćivanje tijela (3) na postolje (1), te labavim dosjedom na način da se poklopac (4) natiče na tijelo (3) ili pak na način da se poklopac s grubim navojem pričvrsti na gornji dio tijela (8) na kojem je izveden grubi navoj. Ekološki trajni rasklopivi lampion se sastoji od postolja (1), tijela (3), te poklopca (4) s više otvora koji omogućuju polagano gorenje svijeće (2). Postolje (1) se izvodi od nehrđajućeg čelika, te svojom masom osigurava sigurno postavljanje lampiona, bez opasnosti od prevrtanja. Osim te funkcije, postolje (1) ujedno služi i kao prihvat za skupljanje voska. Postolje (1) ima upušteno dno s donje strane, kako bi se osiguralo stabilno i čvrsto ležanje na podlozi. S gornje strane postolja nalazi se udubljenje u koje se nasađuje tijelo (3) i šiljak (5) za učvršćenje i centriranje svijeće (2). Udubljenje s gornje strane postolja također služi i kao nosač posude za skupljanje voska (6) koja se natiče na šiljak (5). Moguća je izvedba u kojoj se u udubljenju u postolju (1) izvodi grubi navoj na koji se prišarafljuje tijelo (3). The stand (1) is made of stainless steel, and its weight ensures safe installation of the lantern, without the risk of tipping over. In addition to this function, the stand (1) also serves as a holder for collecting wax. The base (1) has a recessed bottom on the lower side, to ensure a stable and firm lying on the base. On the upper side of the base, there is a recess into which the body (3) and spike (5) are inserted for fixing and centering the candle (2). The recess on the upper side of the base also serves as a support for the container for collecting wax (6), which rests on the spike (5). It is possible to have a rough thread in the recess in the base (1) to which the body (3) is screwed. Candle (2) is usually a paraffin candle that can be made in different colors.
Tijelo (3) se izvodi u nekoliko oblika, veličina i boja, koje uz primarnu zadaću zaštite svijeće od vjetra i drugih atmosferskih utjecaja ima i sekundarnu ukrasnu zadaću. Tijelo (3) je dimenzionirano tako da može prihvatiti svijeće od 45 mm u promjeru i 160 mm visine, izrađuje se od stakla s otvorima na svojoj gornjoj i donjoj strani. Na donjem dijelu tijela (7) može biti izvedeni grubi vanjski navoj pomoću kojeg se tijelo (3) prišarafljuje na postolje (1), u slučaju da se ne koristi izvedba pri kojoj se tijelo (3) nasađuje na postolje (1). Na gornjem dijelu tijela (8) se izvodi labavi vanjski dosjed s graničnim prstenom koji osigurava pravilno nasjedanje i dubinu postavljanja poklopca (4). Kroz gornji otvor se također može obavljati zamjena svijeće. Poželjno je da se poklopac (4) izvodi od laganog metalnog lima s prvenstvenom funkcijom zaštite svijeće od atmosferskih utjecaja. Pričvršćuje se na tijelo (3) pomoću labavog dosjeda. Svaki poklopac (4) sadrži provrte za cirkulaciju zraka (9) koji su smješteni na bočnoj strani. Poklopac (4) se može podizati s otvora na gornjoj strani tijela (3) kako bi se moglo lakše pristupiti svijeći pri izmjeni ili pri paljenju svijeće. It is preferable that the cover (4) is made of light metal sheet with the primary function of protecting the candle from atmospheric influences. It is attached to the body (3) using a loose fitting. Each cover (4) contains holes for air circulation (9) located on the side. The cover (4) can be lifted from the opening on the upper side of the body (3) to allow easier access to the candle when changing or lighting the candle. By simply turning the body (3), which separates it from the base, it is possible to access the recess on the upper side of the base in which the container for melted wax is located.

Na ovaj način izum omogućuje izradu praktičnog i trajnog lampion, koji se može ekonomično proizvesti (jedan lampion imao bi praktično doživotnu upotrebljivost, samo uz izmjenu svijeća). Na taj način bi se praktično izbjeglo ogromno nagomilavanje plastičnog otpada od jednokratnih plastičnih lampiona i jednokratnih plastičnih uložaka za vosak. Uz navedeno ovako izvedeni lampion je zbog svojih rastavljivih dijelova vrlo praktičan i jednostavan za čišćenje, pranje i održavanje. Lampion se izvodi tako da se koristi postolje koje ima upušteno dno s donje strane kako je prikazano na slikama 1. i 2. S gornje strane se izvodi šiljak (5).
