Spojni dio (3) koji se umeće unutar strukture kosti (4) ljudskog ili životinjskog tijela, naznačen time da sadrži barem jedan radioaktivni izvor (6) koji se nalazi na prethodno određenoj referentnoj točki (2) spojnog dijela (3). Patent sadrži još 16 patentnih zahtjeva.

Claims (17)

1. Spojni dio (3) koji se umeće unutar strukture kosti (4) ljudskog ili životinjskog tijela, naznačen time da sadrži barem jedan radioaktivni izvor (6) koji se nalazi na prethodno određenoj referentnoj točki (2) spojnog dijela (3).
2. Spojni dio prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da sadrži mjesto (8) na prethodno određenoj referentnoj točki (2), te navedeno mjesto (8) služi za smještaj navedenog radioaktivnog izvora (6).
3. Spojni dio prema zahtjevu 2, naznačen time da je navedeno mjesto (8) definirano kao prolazni provrt (8), te kod upotrebe navedeni prolazni provrt (8), prima sidreni vijak (9) za učvršćivanje navedenog spojnog dijela (3) sa navedenom strukturom kosti (4) ljudskog ili životinjskog tijela.
4. Spojni dio prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da navedeni radioaktivni izvor (6) emitira gama ili beta-gama ionizirajuće zračenje.
5. Spojni dio prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da se navedeni radioaktivni izvor (6) sastoji od kapsule (10) izrađene barem djelomično od radioaktivnog materijala.
6. Spojni dio prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time da se navedeni radioaktivni izvor (6) sastoji od kapsule (10) koja ima omotač (11) izrađen od materijala koji je biokompatiblan i/ili se može ponovno apsorbirati pomoću navedenog ljudskog ili životinjskog tijela.
7. Spojni dio prema zahtjevu 6, naznačen time da navedeni omotač (11) sadrži barem jednu unutrašnju šupljinu (11a) koja sadrži navedeni radioaktivni materijal.
8. Spojni dio prema zahtjevu 7, naznačen time da navedeni omotač (11) sadrži dvije unutrašnje šupljine (11a) koje su smještene na dva aksijalna kraja omotača (11).
9. Spojni dio prema zahtjevu 7 ili 8, naznačen time da su navedena unutrašnja šupljina ili unutrašnje šupljine (11a) odgovarajućih veličina tako da služe za pohranu količine radioaktivnog materijala u rasponu od između 3.7 i 37 MBq (0.1 - 1 mci).
10. Spojni dio prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time da navedeni radioaktivni izvor (6) sadrži ljepljivu tvar koja je barem djelomično izrađena od radioaktivnog materijala, te koja se primjenjuje na tijelo navedenog spojnog dijela (3) na prethodno određenoj referentnoj točki (2).
11. Spojni dio prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time da navedeni radioaktivni izvor (6) sadrži barem jedan navoj (15) koji je barem djelomično izrađen od radioaktivnog materijala.
12. Spojni dio prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 5 do 11, naznačen time da navedeni radioaktivni materijal je materijal koji ima gama-emisiju ili beta-gama-emisiju.
13. Spojni dio prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 5 do 12, naznačen time da navedeni radioaktivni materijal je tehnecij 99 m (Tc99m) ili jod-123 (I123) ili indij-111 (In111) ili kobalt 57 (Co57).
14. Spojni dio prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da sadrži iglu (3) izrađenu od metala.
15. Sustav pronalaženja (1) za pronalaženje barem jedne prethodno utvrđene referentne točke (2) u spojnom dijelu (3) koji se umeće unutar strukture kosti (4) ljudskog ili životinjskog tijela, naznačen time da sadrži spojni dio (3) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva; te detektor (7) koji sadrži sredstva za mjerenje (12) koja su postavljena na navedeni spojni dio (3) radi mjerenja zračenja koje emitira navedeni radioaktivni izvor (6), te sredstva za pokazivanje (13) za naznačavanje položaja navedenog radioaktivnog izvora (6) u navedenom spojnom dijelu (3) kao funkcije izmjerenog navedenog zračenja.
16. Sustav pronalaženja prema zahtjevu 15, naznačen time da navedena sredstva za mjerenje (12) sadrže barem jednu sondu (12) koja je smještena na navedeni spojni dio (3) za otkrivanje ionizirajućeg zračenja koje emitira navedeni radioaktivni izvor (6).
17. Sustav pronalaženja prema zahtjevu 16, naznačen time navedena sredstva za pokazivanje (13) sadrže signalizacijska sredstva (14) za generiranje zvučnog/vizualnog signala kada navedeno ionizirajuće zračenje koje je otkriveno pomoću navedene sonde (12) zadovoljava zadani odnos sa prethodno utvrđenim referentnim pragom.
