Abstract

Postupak proizvodnje stijenke za toplinski izolirani rezervoar za tekućine, primjerice ukapljeni plin, ugrađene u nosivu strukturu (50) broda, gdje navedena stijenka uključuje primarnu brtvenu membranu (10), koja je u kontaktu s proizvodom koji se nalazi u rezervoaru, primarnu barijeru za toplotnu izolaciju (20), sekundarnu brtvenu membranu (30) i sekundarnu barijeru za toplotnu izolaciju (40), povezanu s nosivom strukturom (50), gdje se navedenu sekundarnu brtvenu membranu (30) i navedenu sekundarnu barijeru za toplotnu izolaciju (40) dobiva slaganjem montažnih panela (A), postavljenih jedan uz drugog, uz ostavljanje praznog prostora (45) između dva susjedna panela, gdje se na navedeni kanal (24) iznad navedenog praznog prostora (45) između dva susjedna panela (A) lijepi fleksibilna traka (35), kako bi se osiguralo kontinuitet sekundarne brtve (30), a navedenu primarnu barijeru za toplotnu izolaciju (20) se dobiva slaganjem montažnih panela (B), postavljenih na panele A kako bi se dobilo kanal (24) iznad svakog praznog prostora (45), gdje se više-manje pravokutnu montažnu podnicu (25) sklapa u svakom kanalu (24), na svakoj fleksibilnoj traci (35), naznačen time što sklapanje navedene podnice (25) uključuje sljedeće korake:- postavljanje dvije paralelne longitudinalne ljepive trake (26, 26') na donju površinu navedene podnice (25), gdje su navedene trake (26, 26') međusobno odvojene longitudinalnim središnjim prostorom (28) na kojem nema ljepila,- lijepljenje navedene, ljepilom obrađene, podnice (25), u kanalu (24), na fleksibilnu traku (35), uz pritiskanje navedene podnice (25) na navedenu fleksibilnu traku (35), tako da, nakon lijepljenja, navedeni longitudinalni središnji prostor (28) u najmanju ruku bude djelomično prekriven ljepilom, čime se dobije više-manje kontinuirani sloj ljepila na donjoj površini podnice (25), gdje taj više-manje kontinuirani sloj ljepila ojačava lijepljenje navedene fleksibilne trake (35) kako bi se osiguralo brtvljenje od strane sekundarne brtvene membrane (30). Patent sadrži još 7 patentnih zahtjeva.

Claims (8)

1. Postupak proizvodnje stijenke za toplinski izolirani rezervoar za tekućine, primjerice ukapljeni plin, ugrađene u nosivu strukturu (50) broda, gdje navedena stijenka uključuje primarnu brtvenu membranu (10), koja je u kontaktu s proizvodom koji se nalazi u rezervoaru, primarnu barijeru za toplotnu izolaciju (20), sekundarnu brtvenu membranu (30) i sekundarnu barijeru za toplotnu izolaciju (40), povezanu s nosivom strukturom (50), gdje se navedenu sekundarnu brtvenu membranu (30) i navedenu sekundarnu barijeru za toplotnu izolaciju (40) dobiva slaganjem montažnih panela (A), postavljenih jedan uz drugog, uz ostavljanje praznog prostora (45) između dva susjedna panela, gdje se na navedeni kanal (24) iznad navedenog praznog prostora (45) između dva susjedna panela (A) lijepi fleksibilna traka (35), kako bi se osiguralo kontinuitet sekundarne brtve (30), a navedenu primarnu barijeru za toplotnu izolaciju (20) se dobiva slaganjem montažnih panela (B), postavljenih na panele A kako bi se dobilo kanal (24) iznad svakog praznog prostora (45), gdje se više-manje pravokutnu montažnu podnicu (25) sklapa u svakom kanalu (24), na svakoj fleksibilnoj traci (35), naznačen time što sklapanje navedene podnice (25) uključuje sljedeće korake: – postavljanje dvije paralelne longitudinalne ljepive trake (26, 26') na donju površinu navedene podnice (25), gdje su navedene trake (26, 26') međusobno odvojene longitudinalnim središnjim prostorom (28) na kojem nema ljepila, – lijepljenje navedene, ljepilom obrađene, podnice (25), u kanalu (24), na fleksibilnu traku (35), uz pritiskanje navedene podnice (25) na navedenu fleksibilnu traku (35), tako da, nakon lijepljenja, navedeni longitudinalni središnji prostor (28) u najmanju ruku bude djelomično prekriven ljepilom, čime se dobije više-manje kontinuirani sloj ljepila na donjoj površini podnice (25), gdje taj više-manje kontinuirani sloj ljepila ojačava lijepljenje navedene fleksibilne trake (35) kako bi se osiguralo brtvljenje od strane sekundarne brtvene membrane (30).
2. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što, tijekom postavljanja, debljina svake longitudinalne ljepive trake (26, 26') je između 3 i 4 mm, povoljnije između 3,1 i 3,6 mm, a po mogućnosti otprilike 3,4 mm.
3. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što, tijekom postavljanja, širina svake longitudinalne ljepive trake (26, 26') je između 90 i 110 mm, po mogućnosti otprilike 100 mm.
4. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što, za standardnu podnicu (25), čija je površina sa strane prema rezervoaru 1000 mm × 250 mm, ukupna količina ljepila je između 765 g i 635 g, povoljnije između 780 g i 920 g, a po mogućnosti otprilike 850 g.
5. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što, za standardnu podnicu (25), čija je površina sa strane prema rezervoaru 720 mm × 250 mm, ukupna količina ljepila je između 550 g i 670 g, povoljnije između 560 g i 660 g, a po mogućnosti otprilike 610 g.
6. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što, prije koraka lijepljenja, širina navedenog longitudinalnog središnjeg prostora (28) je manja od 20 mm, a veća od 10 mm.
7. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što, nakon koraka lijepljenja, najmanje 50%, po mogućnosti 75%, početne površine longitudinalnog središnjeg prostora (28) se premaže ljepilom.
8. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što navedeno ljepilo, upotrijebljeno za lijepljenje podnica (25) na fleksibilne trake (35), je polimerizabilno ljepilo, dvokomponentnog epoksi tipa.
