Abstract

Disclosed is a small-bore projectile (100) comprising an outer jacket (5) made of tombac, a hard core (4) made of hardened steel, and a hollow jacket core (8) that is also made of tombac. The kinetic energy is substantially transmitted to the hard core (4) when a target (Z) is hit such that said hard core (4) penetrates the target (Z). The ductile jacket (5) is supported by the jacket core (8) that is located on the inside and mushrooms up into a deformed jacket (5') without fragmenting. The inventive projectile (100) is provided with a good flying behavior and a great final ballistic performance and can be produced in an entirely lead-free manner.

Claims (11)

1. Malokalibarski projektil (100) šiljatog ili stožastog prednjeg dijela, cilindričnog središnjeg dijela te stožasto izduženog stražnjeg dijela, koji se sastoji od: - vanjske košuljice (5) izrađene od slitine bakra i cinka, pri čemu košuljica (5) ima priključen približno cilindričan šuplji prostor, - čvrste jezgre (4) izrađene od čelika ili od sinteriranog materijala umetnute u šuplji prostor košuljice (5) prema vršku (1, 1'), - jezgre košuljice (8) izrađene od slitine bakra i cinka priključene na čvrstu jezgru (4) tako da odgovara oblikom, sa cilindričnim šupljim prostorom (10) koji je otvoren na prednjem dijelu, naznačen time, da - otvorena površina šupljeg prostora (10) sadrži stožasti prednji dio koji oblikom odgovarajuće pripada na čvrstu jezgru (4) i čvrsto zatvara spomenutu čvrstu jezgru na prednjem dijelu te - je jezgra košuljice (8) u spoju preko rubnog dijela cijelom svojom duljinom, a barem na stražnjem dijelu košuljice (5) je povezana frikcionim spojem.1. Malokalibarski projektil (100') šiljatog ili stožastog prednjeg dijela, cilindričnog središnjeg dijela te stožasto izduženog stražnjeg dijela, koji se sastoji od: - vanjske košuljice (5) izrađene od slitine bakra i cinka, pri čemu košuljica (5) ima priključen približno cilindričan šuplji prostor, - šupljeg prostora košuljice (5) koji samostalno sadrži jezgru košuljice (8') sa šupljim prostorom (10'), - jezgre košuljice (8') koja je u spoju na rubnom dijelu preko cijele svoje duljine sa košuljicom (5) i povezana je međusobnim podudarnim uplitanjem, naznačen time, da - šuplji prostor (10') sadrži zašiljeni otvor na prednjem dijelu, pri čemu su unutarnji rubni dijelovi zbog toga barem djelomično međusobno u spoju.2.
