Abstract
Rješenje problema pouzdanog i brzog pričvršćenja tračnice na drvene ili betonske pragove i njihove demontaže ostvaruje se prema ovom izumu metalnom potisnom pločom (1.5) u obliku trapeza i plastičnom podložnom pločom (1.4). Metalna potisna ploča i plastična podložna ploča čine cjelinu koja omogućava predmontažu cijelog sklopa u tvornici i naknadno ugrađivanje tračnice na samoj lokaciji. Oblik metalne potisne ploče (1.5) omogućava kontinuirani pritisak po njenom cijelom bridu (2.1), što osigurava čvrst i pouzdan spoj. Brid koji naliježe na podnožje tračnice tako je oblikovan da omogućava glatko klizanje po podnožju tračnice prilikom navlačenja, a time se izbjegavaju nepotrebni otpori i oštećenja. Druga, uža strana potisne ploče je oblikovana da na kraju ima brid za fiksiranje (3.2) čime se sprečava bilo kakvo pomicanje nakon što je metalna potisna ploča navučena na tračnicu i montaža završena. Plastična podložna ploča na vanjskom kraju ima utor za fiksiranje (4.2) u koji ulazi uži, vanjski kraj potisne ploče (1.5). Utor je tako oblikovan da s vanjskim krajem metalne potisne ploče oblikuje čvrst spoj da vađenje potisne ploče nije moguće bez njene deformacije. The shape of the metal pressure plate (1.5) enables continuous pressure along its entire edge (2.1), which ensures a solid and reliable connection. The edge that rests on the base of the rail is designed in such a way that it enables smooth sliding on the base of the rail when pulling, thus avoiding unnecessary resistance and damage. The other, narrower side of the pressure plate is shaped to have a locking edge (3.2) at the end to prevent any movement after the metal pressure plate has been pulled onto the rail and assembly is complete. The plastic backing plate has a fixing groove (4.2) at the outer end into which the narrower, outer end of the pressure plate (1.5) fits. The groove is designed in such a way that it forms a tight connection with the outer end of the metal pressure plate, so that it is not possible to remove the pressure plate without its deformation. Pričvršćivanje tračnica za pragove rješava se odgovarajućim sklopom dijelova, koji se uobičajeno naziva: kopča, dugotrajan je, mukotrpan i vrlo odgovoran posao koji zahtijeva angažiranje velikog broja radnika ili vrlo skupih specijaliziranih strojeva. Pričvršćivanje se u praksi izvodi na samoj lokaciji gdje pritezanje tirfon vijcima oduzima puno vremena, a kvalitetu i čvrstoću izvedenog spoja je vrlo teško provjeriti. Uz izuzetnu brojnost vijaka koje je potrebno zategnuti postoji velika mogućnost da pojedini vijci ostanu nepritegnuti ili nedovoljno pritegnuti, što uz vibracije koje nastanu u korištenju prolaskom vlakova, vremenom može dovesti do odvrtanja drugih vijaka i slabljenja sile kopče na tračnicu, a time i labavljenje cijelog spoja između praga i tračnice. Takvo oslabljivanje spoja između praga i tračnice je potencijalno velika opasnost za sigurnost odvijanja željezničkog prometa. Such a weakening of the connection between the sleeper and the rail is potentially a great danger for the safety of rail traffic. Checking the strength of the connection, i.e. whether the clip achieves the prescribed pressing force on the rail, is almost neither acceptable nor feasible.

Jedan od načina, poznat pod nazivom "pandroll sistem", je pričvršćivanje kopčom koja je izrađena od opružnog okruglog čelika oblika pužne zavojnice i naveden je u prijavi GB1510224. Sljedeći način, poznat pod nazivom "SKL sistem", opisan je u patentnom spisu US5096119 i također je izveden okruglim opružnim čelikom. The disadvantage is precisely in checking whether each screw has achieved the necessary force, i.e. whether it is screwed all the way, which cannot be done in a simple way. This fact shows that this system is also unreliable.

Rješenje elastične kopče za pouzdano i brzo pričvršćivanje tračnica na drvene ili betonske pragove, sastoji se od dvije osnovne komponente. Prva komponenta je metalna potisna ploča (1.5), odnosno dio elastične kopče koji ostvaruje potrebnu silu Fb (2.3) na podnožje tračnice (1.3). Metalna potisna ploča (1.5) je oblika jednakostraničnog trapeza čija je šira stranica (3.6) savinuta pod određenim radijusom (2.1), čime se omogućuje glatko klizanje po podložnoj ploči (1.4) kao i po podnožju tračnice (1.3) prilikom potiskivanja. Suprotna, uža stranica (3.7) metalne potisne ploče (1.5) također je savinuta u istu stranu kao i šira, ali tako da njezin brid koji nastaje savijanjem bude oštar, odnosno pod 90° (3.2).
