Claims (5)

1. A method of manufacturing a spring clip for a passenger dedicated line switch, comprising the steps of:
performing one-time bending on the cylindrical blanking piece to obtain a to-be-pressed piece which is approximately V-shaped;
stamping the to-be-pressed piece along the direction perpendicular to the plane where the to-be-pressed piece is located so as to obtain a stamping piece;
performing secondary bending on the stamping part at the outer side of the stamping part adjacent to the two free ends of the stamping part to obtain the elastic clamp, wherein the distance between the two ends of the elastic clamp is firstly reduced and then increased along the extending direction of the elastic clamp;
before carrying out one time bending machine to the unloading piece, still include: heating the middle part of the blanking piece, wherein the bending part of the to-be-pressed piece is positioned at the middle part of the blanking piece;
the heating length of the middle part of the blanking piece is L, and L satisfies: l is more than or equal to 150mm and less than or equal to 200mm, the heating temperature is T, and the T satisfies the following conditions: t is more than or equal to 800 ℃ and less than or equal to 850 ℃;
carrying out heat treatment on the workpiece after the secondary bending, wherein the heat treatment method comprises the following steps of: at a first temperature T 1 Preheating the workpiece; the preheated workpiece is heated at a second temperature T 2 Heating down; oil cooling is carried out on the heated workpiece; the workpiece after oil cooling is at a third temperature T 3 Lower tempering;
