Abstract

Postupak za samo-optimalizaciju mreže radio komunikacije sastavljene od velikog broja radio ćelija, obuhvaća sljedeće korake: - monitoring potrošnje izvora mreže i parametre kvalitete za svaku ćeliju, i- dinamična raspodjela mrežnog prometa između susjednih radio ćelija kako bi se održavala zadovoljavajuća kvaliteta usluge u svakoj radio ćeliji, naznačen time, da sadrži i sljedeće korake: - prikupljanje ulaznih podataka, uključujući mjerne podatke o učinkovitosti i o parametrima kvalitete aktualnog mrežnog sustava, izračunavanje indeksa kvalitete za korisnike, QI, koji se bazira na predodređenim optimalnim ciljevima za sve radio ćelije u odabranom području, - sortiranje radio ćelija u skupine prema njihovim individulanim QI vrijednostima, pri čemu skupina 1 sadrži radio ćelije s najnižim indeksom kvalitete, te zadnja skupina nn sadrži radio ćelije s najvišim indeksom kvalitete, - poboljšavanje indeksa kvalitete za radio ćelije iz skupine 1, podešavanjem aktualnih parametara ćelije i sužavanjem područja koje pokriva ta radio ćelija, - smanjenje indeksa kvalitete za radio ćelije iz skupine nn koje su premalo iskorištene, podešavanjem aktualnih parametara ćelije i povećavanjem područja kojeg pokriva ta radio ćelija, - izvođenje sigurnosnih kopija parametara mreže u svrhu vraćanja na stare podatke i za procesuiranje podataka za prebacivanje, - izračunavanje novih parametara konfiguracije mrežnog sustava, - generiranje datoteke zapisa parametara i izvođenje datoteke zapisa na operativnom i centru za održavanje sustava bazne postaje, OMC-B (2), u automatiziranom postupku. Patent sadrži još 7 patentnih zahtjeva.
