Abstract

U izvođenju metode prema izumu, kanalizacija akumulirana u odvodnom tanku se periodički odvodi te se, u danim okolnostima, miješa na takav način da se kanalizacija uvodi u pumpu horizontalno ili prema dolje pod oštrim kutom prema horizontali, a periodičko ispumpavanje se provodi na takav način da kada razina kanalizacije dosegne visinu od 1-30 cm iznad ulaznog otvora pumpe, električni motor ulazi u radnu fazu uz smanjeni kanalizacijski protok, a kada, u danim okolnostima, razina kanalizacije presijeca ulazni otvor i/ili impeler, električni motor radi bez kanalizacijskog protoka radi svrsishodnog ventiliran]a kanalizacije najmanje na 3 sekunde, ali osobito svrsishodno na barem 10 sekundi. Miješanje se izvodi na takav način da se kanalizacija prvo, u koaksijalnom vrtlogu s rotirajućom osovinom miješalice koja uzburkava kanalizaciju, ubrzava prema miješajućem elementu i zatim se vodi duž površine istog i eventualno izbacuje impulsnim načinom. Uređaj za ispumpavanje (4) se sastoji od električnog motora (5) i pumpe (6) i polaže se u odvodni tank na takav način daje njegova rotirajuća osovina horizontalna ili usmjerena pod oštrim kutom prema horizontali, a ulazni otvor (7) pumpe (6) se nalazi na vrhu.In performing the method according to the invention, the sewage accumulated in the drainage tank is periodically drained and, under the given circumstances, is mixed in such a way that the sewage is introduced into the pump horizontally or downwards at a sharp angle to the horizontal, and periodic pumping is carried out in such a way that when the sewage level reaches a height of 1-30 cm above the pump inlet, the electric motor enters the operating phase with a reduced sewage flow, and when, under the given circumstances, the sewage level crosses the inlet opening and/or the impeller, the electric motor works without sewage flow expediently ventilated sewers for at least 3 seconds, but especially expediently for at least 10 seconds. Mixing is performed in such a way that the sewage is first accelerated towards the mixing element in a coaxial vortex with a rotating shaft of the mixer that stirs the sewage, and then it is guided along the surface of the same and possibly ejected by pulse mode. The pumping device (4) consists of an electric motor (5) and a pump (6) and is placed in the drainage tank in such a way that its rotating axis is horizontal or directed at an acute angle to the horizontal, and the inlet opening (7) of the pump (6) ) is located at the top.
