Postupak za kontinuiranu proizvodnju izolacione cjevaste navlake, koja ima najmanje tri sloja, vanjski zaštitni sloj, unutarnji klizni sloj i srednji sloj od izolacionog materijala, naznačen time, da se - cjevasta navlaka ekstrudira iz toplinski izolirajuće pjene, - cjevasta navlaka rasječe uz stvaranje dviju planparalelnih, u biti aksijalnih presječnih ploha, - presječena cjevasta navlaka raširi u biti u ploču, - na unutarnju stranu cjevaste navlake, raširene u ploču, prianjajuće nanese klizni materijal, - cjevasta navlaka, raširena u ploču s unutarnje strane nanesenim kliznim materijalom, vrati u cjevasti oblik s presječnim plohama koje leže jedna uz drugu, - presječne plohe cjevaste navlake međusobno povežu i- na vanjsku stranu cjevaste navlake stavi bešavni plašteni sloj.
