本發明公開了一種自動蒸爐系統，其包食品加工爐(1)，食品加工爐(1)包括爐體；爐體內的豎直方向上設置有至少兩層加工室(2)，加工室(2)包括貫穿爐體的進出口，每一層加工室(2)均鋪設有用於輸送物料的輸送機構；其還包括設置於食品加工爐(1)一側用於放置待處理物料的物料儲櫃(4)、轉移待處理物料至爐體的轉移機構(6)以及為物料儲櫃(4)提供補充物料的補料櫃(5)。本發明的自動蒸爐系統，實現同時自動加工處理多種不同種類的點心物料，並且實現自動對待處理物料進行自動轉移，提高工作效率。
