Abstract

It is possible to smoothly perform fast feed and rewinding of a dynamic image to a reproduction position of a dynamic image desired by a user. A video content reproduction terminal includes: operation means; communication means; display means; storage means; first control means for causing the storage means to store respective pairs of text data indicating a caption corresponding to a series of frame images of video contents and a time code; second control means which switches captions each time caption fast feed or rewinding is instructed and transmits a request containing a time code which constitutes a pair with the caption text data after the switching; and third control means which causes the display means to display a series of frame images to be reproduced after the position indicated by the time code contained in the request on the time axis, together with a caption.
