SE PROPORCIONA UN SISTEMA DE BOMBA Y CONTROLADOR PARA CREAR UN REACTOR QUÍMICO PARA LA CONVERSIÓN DE AGUA Y DIÓXIDO DE CARBONO EN UN GAS COMBUSTIBLE. LAS BURBUJAS DE GAS DE DIÓXIDO DE CARBONO SE CREAN E INTRODUCEN EN EL AGUA BOMBEADA Y SE SUMINISTRAN A UNA BOMBA DE TURBINA REGENERATIVA, DONDE LAS BURBUJAS SE COLAPSAN PARA PRODUCIR UNA MEZCLA DE GAS IONIZADO Y LÍQUIDO IONIZADO QUE CONTIENE HIDRÓGENO, RADICALES HIDROXILO E HIDRÓXIDO, QUE POSTERIORMENTE SE HACE REACCIONAR CON EL GAS DE DIÓXIDO DE CARBONO PRESENTE EN LA BURBUJA, REDUCIÉNDOLO A MONÓXIDO DE CARBONO, CON REACCIONES ADICIONALES QUE PRODUCEN METANO.
