Abstract

The invention relates to a new system for assisting resin transportation melting in a mould with reinforcing material with the use of mechanical oscillations externally applied to the mould itself. According to the invention, both assistance of flow of the resin in the mould as well as acceleration of its polymerization are achieved by the application of mechanical oscillation the size of which is in the order of one millimeter and their frequance depends on the size of the mould but should preferably coincide with the natural frequency of the contruction.The innovation is described with the assistance of an example and with reference to the attached drawings, where :The mould is fitted to a base (1) which can oscillate. The oscillation of the base of the mould is achieved with the use of a mechanism of adjustable cam (2) as well as the use of an adjustable speed electric motor (3). The ability to adjust the cam aims at the ability to adjust and optimize the movement depending on the mould and the object that we wish to construct. The cam moves the base of the mould which is supported on elastic bases (4) onto a rigid table (5).
