Abstract
The invention refers to a system for energy generation from the waves or droughts of the sea, rivers or lakes. The system is based on the formation of a finny rotor, the circular or polygon surface of which floats onto the surface of the water, whereas its radial blades, rotate around a fixed vertical axis, immensed in water. Onto half of the adjacent radial blades, planes of rigid steel are attached, rotating around an axis, which under the pressure of the fluid, remain rigid, vertical to its flow, whereas in the rest half number of blades, the sheets are positioned in the opposite direction with the previous, so that under the push of the fluid they open, allowing it to pass. The rotational torsion developed each time by the pressure of the fluid onto the blades which remain closed, force the rotor to rotate around its rigid axis, this rotation being converted into electrical power.
