Abstract
Preparation for the improvement of meals that have been subjected to a relatively excessive addition of seasoning such as (salt, pepper, etc.) characterized by the fact that it contains at least one substance which when found under the form of a colloid solution or assemblage possesses strong absorbent properties and possibly one or two sweetening materials. The colloid solution or assemblage is formed by adding it to the food either before or afterwards, by means of an appropriate process. The advantage of this invention lies in the fact that the colloid solution or assemblage absorbs the characteristic molecules or ions of seasoning and possibly, through the generation of a sweet taste, "masks" any unpleasant taste such a meal may have after excessive addition of seasoning.
