Abstract

Μέθοδος κοκκοποίησις κόνεως ασβέστου ή παρομοίου υλικού, όπου γίνεται χρησιμοποίηση μηχανής ανάμιξης αντιθέτου ροής με μέσα απόξεσις και ανάμιξης. Τα μέσα ανάμιξης περιστρέφονται ουσιαστικά περί κατακόρυφο άξονα, και ο πυθμένας του δοχείου ανάμιξης καλύπτεται με στρώμα σωμάτων κατ' ουσίαν σχήματος σφαίρας, και η πρώτη ύλη, π.χ. άσβεστος, προστίθεται κατόπιν σε κατάλληλη ποσότητα έχουσα προδιαγεγραμμένη υγρασία, τα μέσα ανάμιξης περιστρέφονται ακολούθως ώστε η πρώτη ύλη μετά από προδιαγεγραμμένη περίοδο χρόνου εξαρτώμενη από την περιεκτικότητά της σε υγρασία να κολλά στα σώματα σχήματος σφαίρας. Τα μέσα ανάμιξης περιστρέφονται ακολούθως επί χρονική περίοδο, η οποία εξαρτάται επίσης από την πραγματική περιεκτικότητα σε υγρασία για να επιδρούν ωστε το συλλεγόμενο υλικό στα ρηθέντα σώματα σχήματος σφαίρας να ξεφλουδίζεται και να κάθεται στον πυθμένα του δοχείου ανάμιξης όπου το υλικό υποβάλλεται σε τελική κοκκοποίηση αφού τα μέσα απόξεσης και ανάμιξης τα προσηρμοσμένα για το σκοπό αυτό μεταφέρουν το υλικό σε σχάρα εκφόρτωσης προσηρμοσμένη στον πυθμένα του δοχείου.ω
