Abstract

Purpose of this filter is the fast removal of the mud from the bottom of the dispenser found in the sand-blasting machinery's filter. Main part thereof is a pipe in Z shape placed inside the filter's dispenser. The pipe communicates with the water supply network by means of a valve and enters the filter's dispenser parallel to the ground. It, thereafter, forms a 90 degree angle and goes downwards vertically forming again a 90 degree angle. Below the water level, the pipe has several openings with 3-4 millimeters diameter. Concentrically to the last part of the pipe a second pipe exists, which has a diameter quintuple of the previous one that joins by means of another valve, with the area where the mud is being removed to. By opening both valves simultaneously the network water flows in the pipe. Part thereof flows through the openings and causes a mixture of the mud. The remainder flows with high speed towards the outlet valve thus assisting in the removal of the mud.
