Abstract
έθοδος δια την παραγωγή οινοπνευματώδους ποτού, είδους οίνους χαρακτηριζόμενη εκ του ότι χρησιμοποιείται, με τις εν χρήσει προσθήκες δια την κατασκευή τεχνητού οίνου ως σακχάρος, οργανικά οξέα (τρυγικόν οξύ και κιτρικό οξύ επί παραδείγματι) τανίνη ήγαλλικό οξύ και μεταλλικές ουσίες (διθεωτικό άλαςκαι φωσφορικό άλας λ.χ.), μίγμα ερεβίνθων, ερεβίνθων πρασίνων και ερεβίνθων κίτρινων ή ουσιών αναλόγου χημικής συνθέσεως, ως ουσία προς ζύμωση δίδουσαι το άρωμα του οίνου.
