Abstract
The device according to the invention comprises: a) at least one pipe (24) for admission of said liquid into a first annular channel (27) for liquid, b) at least one pipe (14) for admission of said primary gas into a second annular channel for primary gas, c) at least one pipe (19) for admission of said secondary gas into a third annular channel (23') for secondary gas. According to the invention, this device comprises, downstream of the annular wall shaped in the form of a ridge, arranged transversely to the flow of liquid, at least one obstacle (41) capable of opposing locally the passage of the sprayed droplets. <IMAGE>
