Abstract

Novelty: a folding box meant for the packing and transport of food and beverages. Technical features: the invented box is made of cardboard or other suitable material in the form of a rectangular parallelogram or the like. On one of its two small sides, it has two recesses (1), creating in combination with the pair of notches (2) and the peripheral lips (3,4) two external secured positions for the transport of beverages. Furthermore, the upper part of the notches (5, 12) of the other small side create -in combination to the upper part of the opposite recesses (2)- a level defined by four points, which level allows the adjustment and secure support of the bottom (6) which creates two separate levels for the placement of products inside the box: the lower level (7) and the upper level (8) both ensuring the simultaneous transport of food of different temperatures and characteristics. At the top, on the right and left of the transport handle (10), there are suitable notches for the placement of antiseptic wipes (11).

Η παρούσα επινόηση αφορά στην τροποποίηση της ευρεσιτεχνίας με αριθμό διπλώματος 1009786, η οποία αφορά σε πτυσσόμενο κουτί συσκευασίας και μεταφοράς τροφίμων και ροφημάτων, το οποίο χαρακτηρίζεται από το ότι, τα κατασκευαστικά χαρακτηριστικά του, του επιτρέπουν να μεταφέρει με ασφάλεια τρόφιμα και ροφήματα/ποτά διαφορετικών θερμοκρασιών (ζεστά, κρύα, παγωμένα) χωρίς η θερμοκρασία καθενός από τα μεταφερόμενα προϊόντα να επηρεάζει τη θερμοκρασία των άλλων. Το αντικείμενο του ανωτέρω Διπλώματος Ευρεσιτεχνίας, αν και έλυνε αποτελεσματικά το πρόβλημα της μεταφοράς προϊόντων διαφορετικών θερμοκρασιών, χωρίς να επηρεάζεται η θερμοκρασία καθενός από τα προϊόντα από τη θερμοκρασία του άλλου, παρουσίαζε κάποια προβλήματα στατικότητας και σταθερότητας κατά τη μεταφορά του, τα οποία διογκώνονταν από το ότι συνήθως μεταφέρονταν με μηχανοκίνητα μέσα (κυρίως δίκυκλα) τα οποία δημιουργούν αυξημένες αναταράξεις κατά την κίνησή τους. Η μέχρι σήμερα γνωστή τεχνολογία παραγωγής ανάλογων προϊόντων δεν έχει να επιδείξει κανένα παρόμοιο αντικείμενο. Ειδικότερα, είναι γνωστά κουτιά συσκευασίας τα οποία μεταφέρουν αποκλειστικά και μόνο τρόφιμα καθώς και κουτιά συσκευασίας ή βάσεις, που μεταφέρουν ποτά. Βασικό μειονέκτημα των κουτιών που μεταφέρουν τρόφιμα είναι ότι, αποτελούνται από έναν ενιαίο χώρο αποθήκευσης με αποτέλεσμα η θερμοκρασία του ενός τροφίμου να επηρεάζει άμεσα τη θερμοκρασία του άλλου. Έτσι για παράδειγμα μία σαλάτα η οποία ως γνωστόν τρώγεται κρύα, επηρεάζεται και αντιστοίχως επηρεάζει ένα ζυμαρικό ή ένα κρεατικό που βρίσκεται στον ίδιο αποθηκευτικό χώρο, η γεύση των οποίων αναδεικνύεται όταν τρώγονται ζεστά. Για την αντιμετώπιση των εν λόγω προβλημάτων κατοχύρωσα το αντικείμενο που περιγράφεται στο υπ' αριθμόν 1009786 Δίπλωμα Ευρεσιτεχνίας πλην όμως όπως προανέφερα αυτό δεν προέβλεπε τη μεταφορά αντισηπτικών μαντηλιών και έπασχε από θέματα στατικότητας σε συνθήκες αναταράξεως κατά τη μεταφορά του. FOLDING BOX FOR PACKAGING AND CARRYING FOOD AND BEVERAGES CLAIMS

1. A collapsible food and beverage packaging and transport box, made of cardboard or other suitable rectangular parallelogram or similar material which ensures the simultaneous transport of food and/or beverages of different temperatures and characteristics by ensuring that the temperature of one food/beverage it will not affect the temperature of the other and is characterized by the fact that on one of its two small sides it has two recesses (1) to create two external positions for securing and transporting drinks glasses, with a pair of notches (2) and peripheral lips (3) ) and (4) while on the other small side of it notches (5), and (12) the upper part of which in combination with the upper part of the indentations (2) create a level defined by four points, which allows the adjustment and secure bottom support (6) to create two separate levels of placing products inside the box, i.e. the lower level (7) and of the upper level (8) while it has slots (11) to the left and right of the carrying handle (10) for the placement of antiseptic wipes.
