Η εφεύρεση αναφέρεται στο πεδίο της τεχνικής των κατασκευών και πιο συγκεκριμένα αφορά το πεδίο των κλειδαριών και της ασφάλισης πορτών και παραθύρων, ενώ ακόμα ειδικότερα αναφέρεται σε εξαρτήματα αυτών των συστημάτων ασφάλισης και απασφάλισης. Συγκεκριμένα αναφέρεται σε ρυθμιζόμενο γάντζο που χρησιμοποιείται σε σύστημα ασφάλισης και απασφάλισης ανοιγόμενων πορτών και παραθύρων. ΤΟ ΙΣΤΟΡΙΚΟ ΤΗΣ ΕΦΕΥΡΕΣΕΩΣ THE HISTORY OF THE INVENTION
Στο παρελθόν έχει παρουσιαστεί αναλυτικά σύστημα ασφάλισης και απασφάλισης ανοιγόμενων πορτών και παραθύρων με το υπ’ αριθμόν 1 009327 Δίπλωμα Ευρεσιτεχνίας. Το συγκεκριμένο Δίπλωμα αφορά καινοτόμο σύστημα ασφάλισης και απασφάλισης ανοιγόμενων πορτών και παραθύρων, το οποίο επιτρέπει την εύκολη απασφάλιση των ανοιγόμενων κουφωμάτων, με το πάτημα ενός κουμπιού. Με το συγκεκριμένο σύστημα ο χρήστης κατά το κλείσιμο του παραθυρόφυλλου δεν χρειάζεται να εκτείνει το σώμα του στο κενό για να απασφαλίσει το φύλλο. Πρόσθετο χαρακτηριστικό του συστήματος είναι ότι λειτουργεί πλήρως μηχανικά και δεν απαιτεί, ούτε εξαρτάται, από την ύπαρξη ηλεκτρικής τροφοδοσίας στο εκάστοτε οίκημα. Παρά τα αδιαμφισβήτητα πλεονεκτήματα της επινόησης διαπιστώθηκαν κάποιες ελλείψεις που δυσχέραιναν τόσο την εγκατάσταση του συστήματος από τους εκάστοτε τεχνικούς, όσο και την καθημερινή λειτουργία αυτού από τους χρήστες. Το βασικό μειονέκτημα εντοπίζεται στο γεγονός ότι δεν υπήρχε η δυνατότητα εύκολης τοποθέτησης και ρύθμισης του συστήματος ασφάλισης, σε ανοιγόμενες πόρτες και παράθυρα που διέθεταν μεγαλύτερο πάχος, από το προβλεπόμενο. Αυτό σήμαινε πως ο τεχνικός που προέβαινε στην εγκατάσταση αντιμετώπιζε ζητήματα ρύθμισης, τα οποία έπρεπε ουσιαστικά να επιλύσει με δικές του επινοήσεις, υποβαθμίζοντας τόσο την ποιότητα της τελικής εγκατάστασης, όσο και σπαταλώντας χρόνο σε αυτήν. Ουσιαστικό εξάρτημα της επινόησης αποτελεί το ανεμοστήριγμα (1), Σχ. 1, που βιδώνεται στην εξωτερική πλευρά της κάσας και αποτελείται από διάφορα εξαρτήματα, όπως ήδη έχουν παρουσιαστεί στο Δ.Ε. 1009327. Η γλώσσα εγκλωβισμού (2) αποτελεί ένα από αυτά και απελευθερώνεται από το ανοιγόμενο φύλλο με την πίεση του κομβίου (3) από τον χρήστη. Επειδή το συνολικό πάχος του εκάστοτε κουφώματος μπορεί να διαφέρει από κατασκευή σε κατασκευή, πλέον η γλώσσα εγκλωβισμού (2) διαθέτει διαμήκη εγκοπή (4) στην οποία εισάγεται βίδα (5) που μαζί με παξιμάδι (6) τοποθετούνται εκατέρωθεν ρυθμιζόμενου γάντζου (7). Το ενεργό μήκος της εγκοπής (4) επιτρέπει στον εγκαταστάτη να ρυθμίσει την ακριβή θέση του γάντζου (7), πριν βιδώσει τη βίδα (5) σε οπή που διαθέτει ο γάντζος (7), ανάλογα με το πάχος του κουφώματος, ορίζοντας έτσι το αντίστοιχο ενεργό μήκος γλώσσας εγκλωβισμού (2). Ο ρυθμιζό μένος γάντζος (7) διαθέτει εγκοπή (8) στην οποία εισέρχεται η γλώσσα εγκλωβισμού (2), ενώ υπάρχει κάλυμμα (9), κατά προτίμηση από πλαστικό, το οποίο τοποθετείται και καλύπτει την εγκοπή (8) για καλύτερο αισθητικό αποτέλεσμα. Επιπλέον διαθέτει δύο οδοντωτές απολήξεις (10) με τις οποίες ασφαλίζει το φύλλο του αλουμινίου στη θέση του. In addition, it has two toothed ends (10) with which it secures the aluminum sheet in place. The adjustable hook (7) of the invention is made of metal, without this being restrictive for the use of other suitable materials.
