Abstract

Traditional Greek drinks (raki, tsipouro, ouzo, liqueur, mastic liqueur, tentura, citrus liqueur) and wines ( retsina, moschato of Samos and mavrodafni) enriched with hemp endowing said drinks and wines with distinguished taste and after-taste, intense aroma, colour and pharmaceutical beneficial properties(see cannabinoids, terpenes etc) due to the cannabis plant added by the extraction method or by direct dilution in drinks and wines of sub-products (crystals and condensate containing cannabis substances-CBD,THC,terpenes etc) or by combination thereof. For agreeably-flavoured low alcohol content drinks, the resulted ones can contain high-degree alcohol or diluted tea or hemp and/or other herbs in any proportions or natural juices (orange, lemon, cherry, pomegranate etc) or, even, diluted honey.

Εισαγωγή Introduction

Τα Παραδοσιακά Ελληνικά Ποτά (αττοστάγματα-λικέρ), με υψηλή περιεκτικότητα αλκοόλης (άνω του 30%), όπως το Ούζο, η Ρακή (Τσικουδιά), το Τσίπουρο, το Λικέρ Μαστίχας, η Τεντούρα, το Λικέρ Κίτρου, μπορούν ν’ αποτελέσουν άριστους διαλύτες του βοτάνου της Κάνναβης. Με αυτά δημιουργούνται βάμματα, που έχουν τη χαρακτηριστική γεύση, το χρώμα και το έντονο άρωμα του βοτάνου της Κάνναβης, καθώς και τα φαρμακευτικά συστατικά της, όπως είναι τα κανναβινοειδή (CBD, THC, κλπ.), τα οποία είναι οργανικές ενώσεις διαλυτές στην αλκοόλη. Με την ίδια φιλοσοφία μπορούμε να διαλύσουμε το βότανο της Κάνναβης και σε άλλα γνωστά ποτά, όπως η παραδοσιακή Ρετσίνα, το γλυκό κρασί της Σάμου και η Μαυροδάφνη, φτιάχνοντας μία σειρά από παραδοσιακά ελληνικά κρασιά με την επίγευση της Κάνναβης. Συνεπώς σε αυτή την εφεύρεση θα συνδυάσουμε τα γνωστότερα ελληνικά ποτά (αποστάγματα-λικέρ) όπως το Ούζο, η Ρακή (Τσικουδιά), το Τσίπουρο, το Λικέρ Μαστίχας, η Τεντούρα, το Λικέρ Κίτρου, αλλά και τα παραδοσιακά Ελληνικά κρασιά, όπως η Ρετσίνα, το γλυκό κρασί της Σάμου και η Μαυροδάφνη, με το βότανο της Κάνναβης (και άλλα βότανα), δημιουργώντας μία σειρά αλκοολούχων παραδοσιακών Ελληνικών ποτών και κρασιών με την επίγευση της Κάνναβης, το οποίο θα εμπεριέχει σε μικρότερο ή μεγαλύτερο βαθμό τα ευεργετικά συστατικά του βοτάνου της Κάνναβης, δηλαδή τα κανναβινοειδή (π.χ. CBD, THC, κλπ.) και τερπένια (π.χ. μυρκένιο, λεμονένιο, λιναλοόλη). 1. Μέθοδος Παρασκευής Παραδοσιακών Ποτών / Κρασιών με Κάνναβη. 1. Method of Preparation of Traditional Drinks / Wines with Cannabis.

Η παρασκευή των ποτών με Κάνναβη γίνεται όπως με όλα τα βάμματα (tinctures), δηλαδή, εμβαπτίζουμε το βότανο της Κάνναβης, σε αποξηραμένη ή φρέσκια μορφή, στο ποτό, αφού προηγουμένως το τρίψουμε ή ψιλοκόψουμε (με μαχαίρι, ψαλίδι ή με το χέρι). Σφραγίζουμε το βάζο σφιχτά με το καπάκι και επικολλούμε ετικέτα με το περιεχόμενο του βάζου και την ημερομηνία παρασκευής. Αποθηκεύουμε το βάζο σε σκιερό μέρος, για μερικές ημέρες έως και 6 εβδομάδες, μέχρι το ποτό να πάρει το επιθυμητό χρώμα και γεύση, από τα ευεργετικά/φαρμακευτικά συστατικά του βοτάνου της Κάνναβης (κανναβινοειδή και τερπένια). Φροντίζουμε ν’ ανακινούμε το βάζο ελαφρά κάθε δεύτερη ημέρα, για τον καλύτερο εμποτισμό του βοτάνου με το χρησιμοποιούμενο ποτό. Στην περίπτωση των παραδοσιακών ελληνικών κρασιών, που είναι η Ρετσίνα, το γλυκό κρασί (από μοσχάτο) Σάμου και η Μαυροδάφνη, μπορούμε να εμβαπτίσουμε το βότανο της Κάνναβης σε αυτά, κάνοντας ένα βάμμα με την Κάνναβη, όπως ακριβώς περιγράφηκε παραπάνω, δημιουργώντας ελληνικά κρασιά με την επίγευση της Κάνναβης. Σκοπός μας λοιπόν είναι να δημιουργήσουμε μία σειρά αλκοολούχων παραδοσιακών ελληνικών ποτών και κρασιών με επίγευση του βοτάνου της Κάνναβης, που διαφοροποιούνται ριζικά από τα γνωστά μας ποτά/κρασιά, αφού θα χαρακτηρίζονται από την ιδιαίτερη γεύση, το έντονο άρωμα του βοτάνου της Κάνναβης, θα εμπεριέχουν σε κάποιο βαθμό τα φαρμακευτικά/ευεργετικά συστατικά του βοτάνου (κανναβινοειδή, τερπένια, κλπ.) και η ευεργετική (θεραπευτική) και ψυχαγωγική τους δράση ενισχύεται, καθώς οφείλεται εν μέρει στο αλκοόλ και εν μέρει στις ευεργετικές ουσίες της Κάνναβης (κανναβινοειδή και τερπένια) που βρίσκονται διαλυμένες μέσα στα τελικά ποτά/κρασιά. 2. Λικέρ Μαστίχας με Κάνναβη 2. Mastic Liqueur with Cannabis

-Προσθέτουμε τους αποξηραμένους ανθούς της Κάνναβης στο λικέρ Μαστίχας, αφού πρώτα τους θρυμματίσουμε με το χέρι. Τους αφήνουμε για μικρο-μεσαίο διάστημα (μερικές ώρες έως και αρκετές μέρες) μέσα στο λικέρ. Μόλις το λικέρ πάρει το επιθυμητό χρώμα και γεύση, σουρώνουμε το μείγμα και παίρνουμε το λικέρ Μαστίχας με Κάνναβη, το οποίο έχει χαρακτηριστικό χρώμα (σκούρο κιτρινο-πράσινο) και τη γεύση της Μαστίχας με τη βοτανική επίγευση της Κάνναβης. Εναλλακτικά ή/και Συμπληρωματικά μπορούμε να διαλύσουμε μέσα στο λικέρ Μαστίχας (ή στο λικέρ Μαστίχας με Κάνναβη) έτοιμα υποπροϊόντα της Κάνναβης, όπως κρυστάλλους ή/και συμπυκνώματα Κάνναβης (που περιέχουν CBD και THC και γεύση Κάνναβης), δημιουργώντας με διαφορετικό τρόπο λικέρ Μαστίχας με Κάνναβη (ή ενισχυμένης Μαστίχας με Κάνναβη). Ακολουθούμε ακριβώς την ίδια διαδικασία με παραπάνω, προσθέτοντας αποξηραμένους ανθούς Κάνναβης στο Ούζο, φτιάχνοντας το Ούζο με Κάνναβη, το οποίο θα έχει χαρακτηριστικό χρώμα (σκούρο κιτρινο-πράσινο), χαρακτηριστική γεύση ούζου με τη βοτανική επίγευση της Κάνναβης και διαλυμένες τις ευεργετικές ουσίες του βοτάνου της Κάνναβης (CBD και THC) μέσα σ' αυτό, σε κάποιο ποσοστό. Όπως ακριβώς με το λικέρ Μαστίχας και το Ούζο, μπορούμε να χρησιμοποιήσουμε την αλκοόλη που περιέχεται στη Ρακή (Τσικουδιά) ή το Τσίπουρο, για να εκχυλίσουμε (εμβαπτίσουμε) τους αποξηραμένους ανθούς του βοτάνου της Κάνναβης. Η διαδικασία είναι η ίδια, αφού θα θρυμματίσουμε με το χέρι τον αποξηραμένο ανθό της Κάνναβης (που μπορεί να περιέχει και σπόρους) και θα τον προσθέσουμε για ορισμένο χρονικό διάστημα, που μπορεί να είναι από λίγα λεπτά μέχρι κάποιες ημέρες, στη Ρακή (Τσικουδιά) ή το Τσίπουρο. Once our mixture gets the desired color and taste, then we can strain it and get Raki (Tsikoudia) or Tsipouro with Cannabis, which will have a characteristic color (dark yellow-green), the characteristic taste of Raki (Tsikoudia ) or Tsipouros with the herbal flavor of Cannabis and dissolved the beneficial substances of the Cannabis herb (CBD and THC) in it, in some percentage.

Claims

Claims:

1. The extraction of the Cannabis herb (in fresh or dried form) in the traditional Greek alcoholic drinks that are Ouzo, Raki (Tsikoudia) or Tsipouro, Masticha liqueur, Tedura and Kitrou liqueur, but also in the traditional Greek alcoholic wines which are Retsina, the sweet Muscat of Samos and Mavrodaphni, as described in the Introduction and in the Description of this invention, which has the peculiarity that the final alcoholic beverages and wines, while retaining their characteristic taste and aroma, have different and distinctive color (dark yellow-green), more enriched taste with the botanical aftertaste of Cannabis, while they contain dissolved the beneficial and medicinal substances of the Cannabis herb (which is CBD and THC), in some percentage.

2. The dissolution of Cannabis by-products (crystals and oils) containing the beneficial substances of Cannabis such as CBD, THC and the terpenes/aromas of Cannabis, in the traditional Greek alcoholic beverages that are Ouzo, Raki (Tsikoudia) or Tsipouro, Mastiha liqueur, Tentoura and Kitrou liqueur, but also in the traditional Greek alcoholic wines which are Retsina, the sweet Moschato of Samos and Mavrodaphni, as described in the Introduction and in the Description of this invention, which has the particularity that the final alcoholic beverages and wines largely retain their form, taste, characteristic aromas and color, but have some of the beneficial substances of the Cannabis herb (CBD and THC) dissolved in them.

3. Any combination of the methods mentioned in Claim 1 (extraction of Cannabis) and Claim 2 (dissolution of Cannabis by-products) in the traditional Greek drinks and wines that are Ouzo, Raki (T sikoudia) or Tsipouro, Mastic liqueur, Tentoura and Kitrou liqueur, Retsina, Samos sweet Moschato and Mavrodaphni, such as the dissolution of hemp by-products in traditional Greek alcoholic beverages and wines, in which the hemp herb has been previously extracted and vice versa, and has the particularity, that the final traditional Greek alcoholic drinks and wines contain the beneficial substances (CBD and THC), the color and aromas of Cannabis dissolved in them in a greater percentage, than in each of the above methods individually.

4. Ouzo with Cannabis prepared as described in Description (1,3), either by extracting Cannabis into traditional Ouzo according to Claim 1, or by dissolving Hemp by-products into traditional Ouzo according to Claim 2, or by any combination of them, according to Claim 3, results in the creation of a completely different Ouzo from the traditional one, with the particularity of the different color, which is dark yellow-green, compared to the transparent one of the Greek Ouzo, the different taste with characteristic botanical aftertaste of Cannabis to be felt after the intense aroma and taste of Greek Ouzo, of a different composition, due to the existence of the beneficial substances of Cannabis (e.g. CBD, THC, etc.), which are dissolved to some extent inside the drink and are not present in traditional Greek Ouzo, while its therapeutic and recreational action is enhanced, as it is partly due to the alcohol and partly to the beneficial Cannabis substances (CBD, THC, etc.).

5. The Hemp Mastic liqueur prepared as described in Description (1, 2), either by extracting the Hemp into the traditional Mastic liqueur according to Claim 1, or by dissolving Hemp by-products into the traditional Mastic liqueur according to Claim 2 , or with any combination thereof, according to Claim 3, results in the creation of a completely different Mastic liqueur from the traditional one, with the particularity of the different color being dark yellow-green, compared to the transparent one which is the traditional Mastic liqueur, the different taste, with the characteristic botanical aftertaste of Cannabis being felt after the intense aroma and taste of Mastic liqueur, the different texture, with the presence of the beneficial substances of Cannabis (e.g. CBD, THC, etc.) which are dissolved to a certain extent in the drink and are not present in the traditional Mastic liqueur, while its therapeutic and recreational effect is enhanced as it is partly of it refers to alcohol and partly to the beneficial substances of Cannabis (CBD, THC, etc.).

6. Raki (Tsikoudia) or Tsipouro with Cannabis prepared as described in the Introduction and Description (1, 4) either by extracting the Cannabis herb into the Raki (Tsikoudia) or Tsipouro according to Claim 1, or dissolution of Cannabis by-products in Raki (Tsikoudia) or Tsipouro according to Claim 2, or with any combination thereof, as described in Claim 3, results in the creation of a completely different alcoholic beverage from the traditional one with the particularity of the different color, which is dark yellow-green, compared to transparent which is Greek Raki (Tsikoudia) or Tsipouros, the different taste, with the characteristic herbal flavor and aftertaste of Cannabis being felt, the different composition, due to the existence of the beneficial substances of Cannabis (p .e.g. CBD, THC, etc.) that are dissolved in it and are not present in the traditional Greek Raki (Tsikoudia) and Tsipouro, while the therapeutic and recreational esis is enhanced, as it is partly due to the alcohol and partly to the beneficial substances of Cannabis (CBD, THC, etc).

7. Rakomelo with Hemp, which has as its main ingredient Raki (Tsikoudia) or Tsipouro with Hemp according to Claim 6 and is prepared in the traditional way, as described in Description (5), while it is offered (packaged) either as a high degree of alcohol, or by diluting the finished Racomelo with a tea made from Hemp and other herbs (such as mountain tea, sage, etc.), as described in Description (5), it has the particularity that thanks to its ingredients, it contains some percentage of the beneficial substances of Cannabis (e.g. CBD, THC, etc.), and are dissolved in the Raki (Tsikoudia) or Tsipouro which is its main ingredient, the hemp honey that is possibly used, the hemp tea which is probably used, while its therapeutic and recreational effect is enhanced as it is partly due to alcohol and honey and partly to the beneficial substances of Cannabis (e.g. CBD, THC, etc.).

8. Oinomelo with Cannabis, which has as its main ingredient sweet wine from Samos or Mavrodaphni with Cannabis according to Claim 6 and is prepared in the traditional way as described in Description (1, 6, 7), has the particularity that thanks in its ingredients, it contains a certain percentage of the beneficial substances of Cannabis (e.g. CBD, THC, etc.) that are dissolved in the raw materials that make it up or are added, using Cannabis by-products (crystals or concentrates of CBD, THC , terpenes), while its therapeutic and recreational effect is enhanced, as it is partly due to alcohol and honey and partly to the beneficial substances of Cannabis (CBD, THC, etc.).
