Η παρούσα εφεύρεση αφορά παρασκεύασμα ζάχαρης (επιστημονική ονομασία σακχαρόζη), εμπλουτισμένης με το γλυκαντικό συστατικό ρεμπαουδιοσίδη-Α (rebaudioside-A) που προκύπτει από την επεξεργασία του φυτού στέβια (βοτανικό όνομα Stevia rebaudiana). The present invention concerns a sugar preparation (scientific name sucrose), enriched with the sweetening component rebaudioside-A (rebaudioside-A) resulting from the processing of the stevia plant (botanical name Stevia rebaudiana).
Η ρεμπαουδιοσίδη-Α θεωρείται ως το ποιοτικά καλύτερο γλυκαντικό συστατικό του ξηρού εκχυλίσματος της στέβιας και κυκλοφορεί στο εμπόριο σε μορφή λεπτής σκόνης, με καθαρότητα 98%.
