Abstract

Η εφεύρεση αναφέρεται στο τεχνικό πεδίο της νανοτεχνολογίας και ειδικότερα σε μία μέθοδο παραγωγής νανοφυσαλίδων (ΝΒ) μακράς διάρκειας (μικρότερης των 2 μηνών), υψηλής συγκέντρωσης (περίπου 150x10eNB/mL) και ομοιόμορφου μεγέθους (περίπου 500nm). Η μέθοδος συνίσταται σε ένα μεικτό σύστημα υδροδυναμικών φαινομένων, σπηλαίωσης και ζώνης υποπίεσης, που αναπτύσσονται εσωτερικά σε μία συσκευή (γεννήτρια) παραγωγής ΝΒ με την κυκλοφορία του νερού μέσα από ειδικές γεωμετρίες: α) πολλαπλών δινών (ροών), β) μορφοκλασματικής θραύσης αυτών, γ) αντιρροής και δ) μετασταθούς ροής. Η γεννήτρια που απεικονίζεται στο παρακάτω σχήμα δεν απαιτεί χρήση εξωτερικής πηγής ενέργειας, λειτουργεί με την πίεση του δικτύου ύδρευσης.
