Abstract

Η συνδεσμολογία κοχλία-περικοχλίου χωρίς σπείρωμα αποτελείται από ένα κοχλία (1) και ένα περικόχλιο (2) που εσωτερικά έχουν ηλεκτρικές αντιστάσεις ή διάκενα. Αρχικά, σε θερμοκρασία περιβάλλοντος d2 μικρότερο του d1. Όταν αυξήσουμε τη θερμοκρασία εσωτερικά του κοχλία (1) και του περικοχλίου (2), διαστέλλονται οι διαστάσεις τους (L, P, d1, d2). Όταν το περικόχλιο (2) περάσει από τη διάσταση d1 (d2μεγαλύτερο του d1), μειώνουμε τη θερμοκρασία του περικοχλίου (2) με αποτέλεσμα να συστέλλεται η εσωτερική διάμετρος d2 και συνεπώς συσφίγγοντας το γύρο από το d1. Όταν μειώσουμε τη θερμοκρασία και στοκοχλία (1), κατά τη ψύξη του, θα συσταλεί το μήκος (Ρ) συσφίγγοντας τα ελάσματα. Για να τις αποσυνδέσουμε, πρώτα αυξάνουμε τη θερμοκρασία εσωτερικά του κοχλία (1) και αφού διασταλεί το μήκος (Ρ) σταεπίπεδα της συνδεσμολογίας, αυξάνουμε και τη θερμοκρασία στο εσωτερικό του περικοχλίου (2) στα ίδια επίπεδα θερμοκρασίας με αυτές τις συνδεσμολογίας έτσι ώστε d2 μεγαλύτερο του dl και τότε αφαιρούμε τοπερικόχλιο (2) από το κοχλία (1).
