Γάντι συγκομιδής καρπών που αποτελείται από πλαστικές βάσεις (1), (2), με ενσωματωμένη λεπίδα (3) και οδηγό λεπίδας και συγκράτησης καρπού (4), στον αντίχειρα και στον δείκτη του χεριού, αντίστοιχα.Η λεπίδα (3) κόβει τον καρπό, καθώς τα δάχτυλα κάνουν την κίνηση, οδηγείται στον οδηγό λεπίδας (4) και ο καρπός συγκρατείται μέσω της κατασκευής του οδηγού (4). Τα πλεονεκτήματα της ταυτόχρονης κοπήςκαι συγκράτησης καρπού είναι η εξοικονόμηση χρόνου, η μειωμένη πιθανότητα τραυματισμού των δαχτύλων και η μείωση της κόπωσης των χεριών.
