Description

防伤果蔬采摘手套 技术领域
本发明涉及收割器械领域，尤其涉及一种防伤果蔬采摘手套。
背景技术
目前，手套因其防护作用、便捷实用等优点越来越盛行，自动收割采摘果蔬的机械也因其自动化和方便快捷越来越受到大众的青睐。然而，普通的手套只能起到小部分的防护作用，自动收割采摘果蔬的机械也只能针对大型的果蔬农场使用，不能实现大众普及化。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于解决上述技术问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明一实施例提供一种防伤采摘手套，包括手套本体以及与手套本体端部固定连接的多个操作组件。每个所述操作组件至少包括：连接部，固定在手套本体的末端；硬片部，与所述连接部固定连接，且形状与指甲相似。
本发明提供的防伤果蔬采摘手套，能够使用户在使用时，最大力度地防护手指及指甲的损伤，不但携带方便，更减轻了用户因手指受伤而造成了工作延误，果蔬延收造成果蔬采收过时的效果。

具体实施方式
以下结合说明书附图对本发明的优选实施例进行说明，应当理解，此处 所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明，并不用于限定本发明，并且在不冲突的情况下，本发明中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
请参照图1，本发明提供一种防伤果蔬采摘手套100，其包括手套本体101以及与手套本体101端部固定连接的多个操作组件10。本实施例中，所述操作组件10的数量对应手指的数量。每个所述操作组件10至少包括连接部11以及硬片部12。可以理解，所述操作组件10可外加在手套本体101上，也可与手套本体101固定连接或一体成型。
本实施例中，所述连接部11固定在手套本体101的末端。所述连接部11由特定硬度的材料制成，且与手套本体101端部一体成型。
在一个实施例中，所述硬片部12与所述连接部11固定连接，且形状与指甲相似。更具体的，所述硬片部12与所述连接部11一体成型，所述硬片部12从所述连接部11外表面延伸，且硬片部12的末端形成有刀刃状薄片。本实施例中，所述硬片部12包括固定座121和刀刃122，所述刀刃122固定在固定座121上。具体的，所述固定座121与所述连接部11卡接固定，且形成有收容槽。刀刃弯折并插接在所述收容槽内，在外部作用力下，可从收容槽内伸出。
在另一个实施例中，所述连接部11至少包括固定硬片部12的凹槽111、手套罩112、缺口113以及固定夹114。所述凹槽111可用于固定硬片部12，亦可用于更换硬片部12。本实施例中暂用小刀刀片的固定接口槽实现。所述手套罩112用于连接固定凹槽111以及连接手套本体101，凹槽111以嵌入的模式固定在手套罩112上，以直接套入手套本体外围连接手套本体101。所述缺口113用于连接手套本体101与手套罩112，缺口113与手套本体101的连接通过固定夹114实现，内嵌于手套罩112上。所述固定夹114用于通过缺口113连接手套本体101与手套罩112，固定夹114可通过固定塑胶绳或铁丝夹或别的连接固定夹来实现。
因人们的手指和手腕大小不一，可在固定凹槽111下及手套罩末端增加活动绳索115，可通过伸缩带或有收缩功能的绳索等形式实现，起到了加固手套罩防滑脱的效果。
所述硬片部12能够分散采摘果蔬时的主作用力，减缓手指及指甲的损伤，起到保护手指及指甲的作用，使用户更快更好地采摘果蔬。本实施例中，硬 片部12暂用加厚刀片实现，大小及造型与指甲相似，稍大于大人指甲(暂定50平方厘米)。
本发明的防伤果蔬采摘手套，通过在手套末端增设硬片组件，能够减缓手指及指甲的损伤，起到保护手指及指甲的作用，使用户更快更好地采摘果蔬。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种防伤采摘手套，包括手套本体以及与手套本体端部固定连接的多个操作组件，其特征在于，每个所述操作组件至少包括：
    连接部，固定在手套本体的末端；
    硬片部，与所述连接部固定连接，且形状与指甲相似。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的防伤采摘手套，其特征在于，所述连接部由特定硬度的材料制成，与手套本体端部一体成型。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的防伤采摘手套，其特征在于，所述硬片部从所述连接部外表面延伸，且硬片部的末端形成有刀刃状薄片。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的防伤采摘手套，其特征在于，所述硬片部包括：
    固定座，与所述连接部卡接固定，且形成有收容槽；
    刀刃，弯折并插接在所述收容槽内，在外部作用力下，可从收容槽内伸出。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的防伤采摘手套，其特征在于，所述连接部至少包括固定硬片部的凹槽、手套罩、缺口以及固定夹，所述凹槽用于固定硬片部，亦可用于更换硬片部，所述手套罩用于连接固定凹槽以及连接手套本体，凹槽以嵌入的模式固定在手套罩上，所述缺口用于连接手套本体与手套罩，缺口与手套本体的连接通过固定夹实现，所述固定夹用于通过缺口连接手套本体与手套罩。
