本发明的目的是针对现有采菇刀存在安全隐患的不足，提供了一种安全的采菇刀。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术手段实现的：包括刀身、刀柄，刀身为弧形，向刀刃方向弯曲，刀身后端在刀刃一侧设有凸起，刀刃末端在凸起的前端。
与现有技术相比本发明具有以下明显的优点：由于在刀身后端有凸起，并且在凸起上没有刀刃，能够防止快速采菇过程中滑动或握持位置不正确对工人产生的伤害。
