发明内容
本发明为解决菜刀伤手的问题，采用的技术方案为：一种安全菜刀，其特征在于在菜刀靠近刀刃部分做一个小台阶，从刀柄方向看，为右手持刀设计的台阶朝右，为左手持刀设计的台阶朝左。
本发明的有益效果为：本发明结构简单，在菜刀靠近刀刃部分设计一个台阶，便不容易伤到手，同时在切土豆等容易粘在刀背的蔬菜时也不会粘，一举两得，具有很好的推广前景。

下面结合附图对本发明进行进一步说明。如图1所示一种安全菜刀，其特征在于在菜刀靠近刀刃1部分做一个小台阶3，从刀柄2方向看，为右手持刀设计的台阶3朝右，这样左手顶着刀背的时候，手指离刀刃1便偏开一定距离，不容易切到手。
