Abstract

Στη συγκεκριμένη κατάθεση ευρεσιτεχνίας περιγράφονται εναλλακτικοί τρόποι σχεδιασμού περιστροφικών και υβριδικών κινητήρων προκειμένου να μειωθεί η ροπή που απαιτείται για τη συμπίεση του εργαζόμενου μέσου. Έτσι, η ροπή αυτή μπορεί να μειωθεί: α) με την αποτελεσματικότερη ψύξη του θαλάμου συμπίεσης αυξάνοντας την ακτίνα περιστροφής του εμβόλου συμπίεσης (2) για να αυξηθεί ο λόγος επιφάνειας-όγκου του θαλάμου συμπίεσης (5). Έτσι μειώνονται οι πιέσεις που αναπτύσσονται στη διάρκεια της διαδικασίας της συμπίεσης. β) Ένας άλλος τρόπος είναι η ταχύτητα του εμβόλου συμπίεσης (2) να είναι πολλαπλάσια της ταχύτητας του εμβόλου εκτόνωσης (4) και, τέλος, γ) ο συνδυασμός ενός περιστροφικού εμβόλου εκτόνωσης (4) με ένα παλινδρομικό έμβολο συμπίεσης (2).
