Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Rotationskolbenmotor, umfassend mindestens zwei Arbeitskammern, die durch ein Gehäuse, einen darin rotierenden Arbeitsrotationskolben und wenigstens einen rotierenden Hilfsrotationskolben gebildet werden. Die Erfindung betrifft ebenso ein Verfahren zum Betrieb dieses Rotationskolbenmotors. Um unterschiedliche Verdichtungsverhältnisse und Zündzeitpunkte zu ermöglichen sowie um die Drehbarkeit und Dichtheit der Rotationskolben auch bei Dauerbetrieb des gattungsgemäßen Rotationskolbenmotors zu erhöhen, umfasst der erfindungsgemäße Rotationskolbenmotor mindestens zwei Arbeitskammern, die durch ein Gehäuse, einen darin rotierenden Arbeitsrotationskolben und wenigstens einen rotierenden Hilfsrotationskolben gebildet werden, wobei ein Arbeitsgas über wenigstens einen Kanal aus wenigstens einer der Arbeitskammern in wenigstens eine andere der Arbeitskammern überführbar ist.
