Abstract

Το οξύμελο είναι ένα πρωτοποριακό προϊόν μαγειρικής και συμπλήρωσης διατροφής. Παράγεται αποκλειστικά από αγνά βιολογικά υλικά παραγωγής μας και κατά την προσθήκη του, κυρίως σε σαλάτες, προσδίδει ιδιαίτερη γεύση σε αυτές και όπου αλλού χρησιμοποιηθεί. Αποτελείται από ξύδι βαλσάμικο 6, 5 βαθμών και θυμαρίσιο μέλι σε αναλογία πέντε προς ένα ( 5 I)
