Abstract

handle structure for motorcycle is provided in which a handle post 33 Y-shaped in front view is fixed to a steering shaft 41, and left and right side portions 42 and a lower portion 44 of a handle bar 34 are supported on the handle post respectively through elestic members 56,57. Left and right upper portion support portions 71 for supporting left and right side portions of the handle bar are disposed on the front side of the axis 58 of the steering shaft, and elastic members are fastened in the front-rear direction. A lower portion support portion 73 for supporting a lower portion of the handle bar is disposed ont he rear side of the axis of the steering shaft, and the elastic memebr is fastened from the rear side. Therefore, the inclination in the front-rear direction of the handle bar due to forces in the front-rear direction can be reduced. Interference of fastening portions for fitting the handle can be obviated. Vibrations in the front-rear direction transmitted to the handle can be absorbed.
