Εν τη ιδιότητι των εν νέων βιομηχανικών προϊόντων, τα διφαινυλοσουλφίδια του γενικού τύπου: [*] εις τον οποίο το Χ παριστά άτομον αλογόνου, το δε Υ νιτρο ή αμινομάδα, ενώ ο εις ήκαι οι δύο βενζολικοί πυρήνες δύνανται ενδεχομένως να φέρουν επί πλέον και άλλους υποκαταστάτας. 2.Μέθοδον παρασκευής των ενώσεων της παραγράφου Ι, εις τον τύπον των οποίων το Υ παριστά νιτροομάδα, ήτις περιλαμβάνει την επίδρασιν ενός ο-αλογονο-νιτροβενζολίου επί μιας ο-αλογονοθειοφαινόλης, του ενός ή και των δύο αντιδρώντων σωμάτων δυναμένων να φέρουν υποκαταστάτας εις τον πυρήν αναλόγως της φύσεως του διφαινυλοσουλφιδίου, το οποίον επιθυμεί τις να λάβη. 3. Μέθοδος παρασκευής των ενώσεων της αξιώσεων 1, εις τον τύπον των οποίων το Υ παριστά νιτροομάδα, ήτις περιλαμβάνει την διαζώτωσιν ενός αμινο-2-νιτρο-2' διφαινολοσουλφιδίου και την μετατροπήν του ληφθέντος διαζωνιακού άλατος εις αλογονο-2-νιτρο-2 διφαινυλοσουλφίδιον, δια μιας των γνωστών μεθόδων μετατροπής αρωματικού διαζωνιακούάλατοςεις τ' αντίστοιχον αρωματικόν αλογονίδιον. 4.
