Η παρούσα εφεύρεση αναφέρεται στην παραγωγή καλλυντικών προϊόντων συμπληρωμάτων διατροφής και φαρμακευτικών προϊόντων παρασκευασμένα με βάση ή εξ ολοκλήρου από αυγά σαλιγκαριών με η χωρίς την προσθήκη σκόνης ή φύλλων χρυσού η πλατίνας. The present invention refers to the production of cosmetic products, nutritional supplements and pharmaceutical products prepared based on or entirely from snail eggs with or without the addition of powder or gold or platinum leaves.
Τα λευκά αυγά των εδώδιμων χερσαίων σαλιγκαριών περιέχουν αλλαντοΐνη, κολλαγόνο καθώς και ένα μεγάλο αριθμό αμινοξέων, πεπτιδίων και νουκλεοτιδίων. Έχουν χρώμα λευκό και διάμετρο 3 έως 6 mm. Το εξωτερικό τους περίβλημα των αυγών αποτελείται από μια λεπτή υμενώδη υδατοδιαπερατή μεμβράνη λευκού χρώματος, ενώ το εσωτερικό τους είναι διάφανο με ζελατινώδη-κολλώδη υφή. Λόγω της χημικής τους σύστασης μπορούν να χρησιμοποιηθούν ως προϊόν κοσμετολογίας για την περιποίηση του δέρματος είτε νωπά ή επεξεργασμένα. Η χημική τους σύσταση τα καθιστά υψηλής διατροφικής πρώτη ύλη και μπορούν να αποτελέσουν συστατικό την παραγωγή συμπληρωμάτων διατροφής. Τα αυγά συμπιέζονται με την εφαρμογή πίεσης με αδρανές αέριο ώστε να αποφευχθεί η τυχόν αλλοίωση τους εξαιτίας φαινομένων οξείδωσης. Η συγκεκριμένη διάταξη λειτουργεί χωρίς έμβολο πίεσης ώστε να παραλαμβάνεται όσο το δυνατών καθαρότερος ο ορός χωρίς υλικά από την μεμβράνη του αυγού, β) με την μέθοδο της έκθλιψης με έμβολο σε συνθήκες περιβάλλοντος. Τα αυγά συμπιέζονται από το έμβολο και με την εφαρμογή διαφόρων φίλτρων γίνεται διαχωρισμός του εσωτερικού των αυγών από το εξωτερικό υμενώδη περίβλημα του αυγού. .
