Abstract

The present invention relates to a luggage keeping area, which consists of steel cabinets (lockers) of various sizes. The lockers are connected via cables to each other and to the central system as well. The users receive a personal password on their mobile phone to enter the storage site. Then, with the same code and through tablets, they can open the box they want and place their luggage and items inside. From the closing of the locker onwards, this last only opens with the registration of the personal code. The system works automatically and completely all hours of the day and all days of the week, speeding up and simplifying the process of storing and keeping luggage in an unprecedent way. The space is constantly monitored by a TV closed circuit, intensifying the security of the objects that are kept. Finally, users are given the opportunity, after disposing of their luggage and belongings, to rent a bicycle for an easier, faster and environmentally friendly tour of the city. The bike rental store is located next to the luggage storage and storage facilities.

Στο χώρο των εγκαταστάσεων λειτουργεί επίσης σύστημα βιντεοεπιτήρησης. 1. 2. Στο κέντρο της πόλης της Θεσσαλονίκης δεν υπάρχουν υποδομές φύλαξης αποσκευών με ηλεκτρονικό λογισμικό. Στο αεροδρόμιο, το οποίο βρίσκεται εκτός του κέντρου της πόλης, η σχετική υποδομή δεν λειτουργεί, ενώ στα ΚΤΕΛ και στο σιδηροδρομικό σταθμό οι αντίστοιχες υποδομές δεν είναι καθόλου αποτελεσματικές, καθώς είναι απαρχαιωμένης τεχνολογίας. Επιπλέον, καμία από τις ανωτέρω εγκαταστάσεις δεν είναι εύκολα προσβάσιμη από τους τουρίστες που περιηγούνται στο κέντρο της πόλης και το μοναδικό μέρος όπου δύνανται να αφήσουν τις αποσκευές και τα προσωπικά τους αντικείμενα είναι σε αμφιβόλου ασφαλείας δωμάτια ξενοδοχείων και ρεσεψιόν. Η λύση αυτή είναι δυσανάλογα δαπανηρή για τους επισκέπτες της πόλης και, κυρίως, ουδεμία εκ των ανωτέρω υποδομών δεν λειτουργεί αυτοματοποιημένα όπως το κατάστημα μου. Αντίστοιχα προβλήματα δεν υπάρχουν μόνο στη Θεσσαλονίκη, αλλά σε όλες τις πόλεις τις Ελλάδος που υποδέχονται μεγάλο αριθμό τουριστών, γι’αυτό το λόγο η εταιρία στοχεύει μελλοντικά στην επέκταση της σε όλη την Ελλάδα αλλά και στην Ευρώπη. Ο σκοπός της παρούσης εφεύρεσης είναι να εξαλείψει τις παραπάνω ελλείψεις και να προσφέρει στους πολυάριθμους τουρίστες της πόλης μας εύκολα προσβάσιμους χώρους φύλαξης των αποσκευών τους, σε κεντρικά σημεία με μεγάλη επισκεψιμότητα, χρησιμοποιώντας παράλληλα εγκαταστάσεις τελευταίας τεχνολογίας. Ειδικότερα, οι εγκαταστάσεις της εταιρίας βρίσκονται σε κοντινή απόσταση από τα κεντρικά ξενοδοχεία, εστιατόρια, αξιοθέατα, τον Σιδηροδρομικό σταθμό, τα ΚΤΕΛ, αλλά και κοντά στις σχεδιαζόμενες στάσεις του Μετρά. Ακόμη, η εφεύρεση λειτουργεί με ηλεκτρονικό λογισμικό, δίνοντας τη δυνατότητα στους επισκέπτες της πόλης να κρατήσουν ένα χώρο αποθήκευσης για τις αποσκευές τους εύκολα, γρήγορα και οικονομικά από το κινητό τηλέφωνο ή τον υπολογιστή τους. Αξιοσημείωτο είναι επίσης το γεγονός ότι η εταιρία City Lockers προσφέρει στους τουρίστες και υπηρεσίες ενοικίασης ποδηλάτων. Τα κυκλοφοριακά και συγκοινωνιακά προβλήματα της πόλης της Θεσσαλονίκης είναι πλέον πασιφανή, καθιστώντας τη χρήση του ποδηλάτου μια οικονομική και φιλική προς το περιβάλλον λύση, αποσυμφορώντας παράλληλα τους δρόμους και τις Δημόσιες Συγκοινωνίες. Η δυνατότητα λοιπόν προσιτής, αυτόματης και εύκολης φύλαξης αποσκευών σε συνδυασμό με την ενοικίαση και μεταφορά με ποδήλατο αποτελεί καινοτομία για την πόλη και για την χώρα, ενώ παράλληλα πλεονεκτεί προδήλως συγκριτικά με την προϋφιστάμενη κατάσταση. 2. The purpose of the present invention is to eliminate the above deficiencies and to offer the numerous tourists of our city easily accessible storage areas for their luggage, in central points with high traffic, while using state-of-the-art facilities. In particular, the company's facilities are located in close proximity to the central hotels, restaurants, attractions, the Railway station, the KTEL buses, but also close to the planned Metro stops. Furthermore, the invention works with electronic software, enabling city visitors to book a storage space for their luggage easily, quickly and economically from their mobile phone or computer. It is also noteworthy that the City Lockers company also offers tourists bicycle rental services. The traffic and transportation problems of the city of Thessaloniki are now clear, making the use of bicycles an economical and environmentally friendly solution, while decongesting the streets and Public Transportation. Therefore, the possibility of accessible, automatic and easy storage of luggage in combination with the rental and transportation by bicycle is an innovation for the city and for the country, while at the same time it is clearly advantageous compared to the existing situation.

Πιο αναλυτικά, η παρούσα εφεύρεση αναφέρεται σε εγκαταστάσεις αποθήκευσης αποσκευών τουριστών. Η εγκατάσταση αποτελείται από χαλύβδινα ερμάρια αποσκευών διαφόρων μεγεθών ανάλογα με τις ανάγκες του κάθε επισκέπτη. Συγκεκριμένα, η μικρή θυρίδα χωράει μία μικρή αποσκευή ή ένα σακίδιο πλάτης ( 28.6 cm x 44.6 cm x 88.3 cm). Η μεσαία θυρίδα έχει διαστάσεις 62.6 cm x 44.6 cm x 88.3 cm και χωράει έως τρεις χειραποσκευές ή μια μεγάλη βαλίτσα. Αντίστοιχα, η μεγάλη θυρίδα έχει χωρητικότητα 2 μεγάλων βαλιτσών ή μίας μεγάλης και 2 χειραποσκευών (96.6 cm x 54.6 cm x 88.3 cm). Η βασική καινοτομία όμως της εφεύρεσης έγκειται στην αυτόματη λειτουργία των θυρίδων, καθώς ο πελάτης εισέρχεται και ενοικιάζει έναν χώρο φύλαξης παντελώς μόνος του, χωρίς την σύμπραξη κάποιου εργαζομένου ή κάποιου υπευθύνου. Το γεγονός αυτό επιταχύνει και διευκολύνει άρδην την διαδικασία. Όλες οι θυρίδες είναι ηλεκτρονικά συνδεδεμένες μεταξύ τους και με τα tablet που υπάρχουν στην είσοδο του καταστήματος. Ειδικότερα, η επιλογή και κράτηση των χώρων φύλαξης γίνεται ηλεκτρονικά είτε μέσω της ιστοσελίδας City lockers.gr είτε μέσω της εφαρμογής που μπορεί να κατεβάσει κάποιος στο κινητό του. Οι ενδιαφερόμενοι πραγματοποιούν εγγραφή στο σύστημα μέσω της ιστοσελίδας ή μέσω της εφαρμογής και αφού επιλέξουν το μέγεθος της θυρίδας που χρειάζονται, λαμβάνουν στο κινητό τους ένα μοναδικό προσωπικό κωδικό. Για λόγους ασφαλείας κατά την εγγραφή στο σύστημα αποστέλλεται μήνυμα επιβεβαίωσης στο κινητό και στο ηλεκτρονικό ταχυδρομείο του ενδιαφερομένου. Εν συνεχεία, με αυτόν τον κωδικό μπορούν να ανοίξουν την εξωτερική πόρτα των εγκαταστάσεων, και, χρησιμοποιώντας τα tablet που βρίσκονται στον εσωτερικό χώρο του καταστήματος, μπορούν να πραγματοποιήσουν έναρξη ενοικίασης του χώρου φύλαξης των αποσκευών τους. Ο ενδιαφερόμενος συμπληρώνει τον προσωπικό του κωδικό στα tablet και επιλέγει την θυρίδα που επιθυμεί να ανοίξει. Υπάρχει επίσης η δυνατότητα προσωρινού ανοίγματος της θυρίδας στο οποίο υπάρχει ενεργή ενοικίαση, χρησιμοποιώντας τα tablet και τον προσωπικό κωδικό χωρίς επιπλέον χρέωση. Έτσι, το σύστημα λειτουργεί εντελώς αυτόματα, εικοσιτέσσερις ώρες την ημέρα, εφτά ημέρες την εβδομάδα, δίνοντας τη δυνατότητα στους επισκέπτες της πόλης να έχουν ένα μέρος να τοποθετήσουν προσωρινά τα ψώνια ή τις αποσκευές τους ανά πάσα ώρα και στιγμή, χωρίς να απαιτείται η σύμπραξη ή διαμεσολάβηση κάποιου υπευθύνου. Ο χώρος είναι πάντοτε κλειδωμένος και ανοίγει μόνο με τον προσωπικό κωδικό του κάθε ενοικιαστή. Ο τερματισμός της ενοικίασης πραγματοποιείται με την πληρωμή του αντίστοιχου αντιτίμου, το οποίο είναι ανάλογο του μεγέθους της θυρίδας που χρησιμοποιήθηκε και του χρόνου ενοικίασης. Οι ενοικιαστές δηλαδή συνδέονται στο σύστημα μέσω των tablets και αφού πληρώσουν μέσω πιστωτικής/ χρεωστικής κάρτας η paypal τότε μόνο ανοίγει η θυρίδα όπου έχουν αποθηκευμένες τις αποσκευές τους. Η αυτοματοποίηση της διαδικασίας καθιστά την ενοικίαση απλή, γρήγορη και οικονομική. Το «νέο» της εφεύρεσης δεν έγκειται αμιγώς στην ύπαρξη ηλεκτρονικού λογισμικού, αλλά στην αυτοματοποίηση της διαδικασίας στην οποία τούτο συνδράμει. Η απουσία του ανθρώπινου παράγοντα εκμηδενίζει την πιθανότητα λάθους, ενώ η λειτουργία ηλεκτρονικού συστήματος βιντεοεπιτήρησης του χώρου και συστήματος ανίχνευσης διασφαλίζει την ακεραιότητα των προσωπικών αντικειμένων των πελατών ακόμη περισσότερο. Η Θεσσαλονίκη αποτελεί πόλο έλξης πολύ μεγάλου αριθμού Διεθνών τουριστών ετησίως, κυρίως για λόγους αναψυχής, γαστρονομίας αλλά και εξαιτίας του τεράστιου αρχαιολογικού της πλούτου και της πολιτιστικής της κληρονομιάς. Η δυνατότητα των επισκεπτών να εναποθέτουν προς φύλαξη τις αποσκευές και τα προσωπικά τους αντικείμενα γρήγορα, ηλεκτρονικά και με ασφάλεια, παράλληλα με την ενοικίαση ποδηλάτων για ευκολότερη και οικονομικότερη μετακίνηση αποτελεί πανελλαδική πρωτοπορία και καθιστά την επίσκεψη και περιήγηση στην πόλη αξέχαστη εμπειρία. Με την υποδομή αυτή, η πόλη της Θεσσαλονίκης θα μπορέσει να συμπληρώσει ένα πολύ μεγάλο κενό στις παρεχόμενες τουριστικές υπηρεσίες της, και θα διευκολύνει επισκέπτες στην πόλη να μην σπαταλούν το χρόνο τους ασχολούμενοι με τις αποσκευές τους, ενώ θα προάγει και το ποδήλατο ως οικολογικό μέσο μεταφοράς. In particular, the selection and reservation of storage spaces is done electronically either through the City lockers.gr website or through the application that can be downloaded to one's mobile phone. Those interested register in the system through the website or through the application and after choosing the size of the box they need, they receive a unique personal code on their mobile phone. For security reasons, when registering in the system, a confirmation message is sent to the interested party's mobile phone and e-mail. Then, with this code, they can open the external door of the premises, and, using the tablets located inside the store, they can start renting their luggage storage space. The interested party fills in his personal code on the tablets and selects the box he wishes to open. There is also the possibility of temporarily opening the locker in which there is an active rental, using the tablets and the personal code at no extra charge. Thus, the system operates completely automatically, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, enabling visitors to the city to have a place to temporarily place their shopping or luggage at any time and moment, without requiring the cooperation or mediation by someone in charge. The space is always locked and can only be opened with the personal code of each tenant. The termination of the rental is carried out by paying the corresponding fee, which is proportional to the size of the locker used and the rental period. In other words, the renters connect to the system via tablets and after paying via credit/debit card or paypal, only then does the box where their luggage is stored open. Automating the process makes renting simple, fast and economical. The "new" of the invention does not lie purely in the existence of electronic software, but in the automation of the process to which it contributes. The absence of the human factor eliminates the possibility of error, while the operation of an electronic video surveillance system of the space and a detection system ensures the integrity of the customers' personal belongings even more. Thessaloniki is a pole of attraction for a very large number of International tourists annually, mainly for reasons of recreation, gastronomy but also because of its enormous archaeological wealth and cultural heritage. The possibility for visitors to store their luggage and personal belongings quickly, electronically and safely, along with the rental of bicycles for easier and more economical transportation, is a nationwide pioneer and makes visiting and touring the city an unforgettable experience. With this infrastructure, the city of Thessaloniki will be able to fill a very large gap in its tourism services, and will facilitate visitors to the city not to waste their time dealing with their luggage, while also promoting cycling as an ecological means transportation.

Για την υλοποίηση της παρούσης εφεύρεσης θα χρειαστεί ένας μακρόστενος χώρος, μεγέθους ανάλογου με τον αριθμό των θυρίδων που θα τοποθετηθούν. Οι θυρίδες είναι χαλύβδινες ( απεικόνιση 5) και τοποθετούνται δεξιά και αριστερά του χώρου, κατά τρόπο ώστε στη μέση του χώρου να υπάρχει επαρκές κενό για τη διέλευση των χρηστών και το άνοιγμα των θυρίδων ( Απεικονίσεις 1 και 7). Η είσοδος του χώρου αποτελείται από μία μεταλλική θύρα, η οποία λειτουργεί ηλεκτρονικά, είναι συνδεδεμένη με το κεντρικό σύστημα και για το άνοιγμα της απαιτείται η συμπλήρωση του προσωπικού κωδικού του χρήστη στο tablet που βρίσκεται στην εξωτερική της πλευρά( Απεικόνιση 1 στα αριστερά). Από όλες τις θυρίδες διέρχονται ηλεκτρικά καλώδια, τα οποία τις συνδέουν μεταξύ τους, με τα tablets και με το το κεντρικό σύστημα. (Απεικόνιση 3) Είναι αυτονόητο ότι για την λειτουργία της εφεύρεσης απαιτείται η ύπαρξη πριζών χώρου, όπως φαίνεται στην απεικόνιση 1 με μικρές κόκκινες κουκίδες. Ακόμη, ο φωτισμός του χώρου επιτυγχάνεται μέσω στρογγυλών λαμπτήρων τύπου led, όπως δεικνύεται στην απεικόνιση 1 με διάσπαρτους καφέ κύκλους. Το κεντρικό σύστημα αποτελείται από έναν υπολογιστή, ο οποίος μέσω ενός αλγορίθμου (εφαρμογής) και με τη βοήθεια του διαδικτύου συντονίζει εξ αποστάσεως τη λειτουργία των θυρίδων, των tablets και την είσοδο στο χώρο. Τα κενά στο χώρο καλύπτονται με τη βοήθεια γυψοσανίδων, ενώ οι θυρίδες στηρίζονται μέσω κατασκευών από μελαμίνη και μεταλλικών οδηγών( απεικόνιση 4). Για την διευκόλυνση των χρηστών πάνω από τα tablets αλλά και στην είσοδο του καταστήματος είναι αναρτημένες οι οδηγίες χρήσης του συστήματος (Απεικόνιση 6). Ο χρήστης λοιπόν εισέρχεται στο χώρο με την τοποθέτηση στην κεντρική είσοδο του προσωπικού κωδικού που έχει λάβει στο κινητό ή στο ηλεκτρονικό του ταχυδρομείο. Στη συνέχεια, με το ίδιο κωδικό ενεργοποιεί τα tablets που βρίσκονται δεξιά και αριστερά στην είσοδο του χώρου και μέσω αυτών επιλέγει το μέγεθος και την θυρίδα που επιθυμεί να ανοίξει. Η θυρίδα ανοίγει, ο χρήστης τοποθετεί τις αποσκευές ή τα αντικείμενα του εντός, και αφού την κλείσει, ανοίγει μόνο με την επανασυμπλήρωση του προσωπικού κωδικού και την πληρωμή του αντίστοιχου αντιτίμου. The central system consists of a computer, which, through an algorithm (application) and with the help of the internet, remotely coordinates the operation of the lockers, tablets and entry to the space. The gaps in the space are covered with the help of plasterboards, while the doors are supported by means of melamine constructions and metal guides (image 4). For the convenience of users, the instructions for using the system are posted above the tablets and at the entrance of the store (Image 6). The user therefore enters the site by placing the personal code received on his mobile phone or in his e-mail at the central entrance. Then, with the same code, he activates the tablets located on the right and left at the entrance of the space and through them he chooses the size and the box he wishes to open. The safe is opened, the user places his luggage or objects inside, and after closing it, it is opened only by re-entering the personal code and paying the corresponding fee.

Claims

1. Baggage storage and safekeeping services in the form of steel lockers, which operate automatically with special electronic software. The dimensions of the small door are 28.6 cm x 44.6 cm x 88.3 cm, the medium 62.6 cm x 44.6 cm x 88.3 cm and the large 96.6 cm x 54.6 cm x 88.3 cm (Image 1). It is also possible to store larger items and luggage after contacting the store. All the lockers are connected electronically via cables and via the internet, while anyone can enter the system with their personal code. This code can be obtained easily and quickly by registering on our site Citylockers.gr or by downloading our corresponding application on your mobile phone. After registering in our system, the interested party chooses the size of the space he wishes to rent and the rental period, and after adding the rental amount to his account, he receives in his email or mobile phone the personal code with which he will be able to enter the system. The external door of the store (Image 1 on the left in purple) opens with this personal code and the account details of the interested party. The safety deposit boxes (Image 5) are connected to tablets present in the store and are opened by filling in the details of the online reservation and the personal code. The user then opens the locker he reserved, places his luggage inside, and after closing it, it is safe and monitored. The lockers are not opened somehow except with the customer's personal code and details. The electronic system operates 24 hours a day, 24 hours a day, thus enabling the customer to have access to his personal belongings and luggage whenever he wishes.

2.
